Are there any HR people here? What can you say about guys who only have around 1-2 years tenure in a lot of companies. Pero okay naman output niya. He's given big positions, challenging tasks, pero yun nga palipat lipat everytime a nice offer comes along. Is this really bad?

I'm no HR but if that employee doesn't burn bridges (leaving projects out of the blue and such) then I don't see any wrong with it.
Lahat naman tayo ay naghahanap ng "greener pastures" eh.

I have an employment history like that. :p I manage to divert the attention of (most) HR on other aspects of my CV by specifying attention-grabbing skill-sets and/or job descriptions on my previous work, carefully matching the required. :naughty: Usually this employment history of mine comes up as an issue during final interviews already and most of the time I am the one who volunteers to discuss this because I always feel the need to explain the circumstances of such history and be honest about it. The good thing with my history is that I always managed to have a good professional relationship to my previous colleagues/mentors/employers thus my employment history can be easily verified. I think it's not really that bad unless the sole reason or high factor for this kind of employment history is just to have a higher salary than the previous employer has to offer, without any remarkable professional/work or academic achievements.
