As promised, here's an update for all previous OnStar CSRs:

OnStar (www.onstar.com) Batch 1 will start in May 08 and Minacs (Eastwood) is the call center that will be handling their outbound campaign. Confirmed, not a rumor. Minacs is now actively hiring.

This account though is still with CVG at present.

just to add, Minacs will be doing Outbound Customer Service for Onstar (basically they call customers & welcome them to Onstar, then do a little upselling)

They won't be doing tech support or customer care since it is still with CVG.

Minacs is actively searching for people with previous/current Onstar experience, and they offer a good amount for TLs (not sure with other positions though).
