I still have a balance in the school I graduated from. They won't release my TOR unless, I pay in full, or issue them post-dated cheques, from a chequeing account.

I wanted to pay, not thru post-dated checques, but in cash,
because I have another debt that I want to start paying immediately once I am employed.

Now I would like to inquire about alternatives of proving that I have finished a Computer Science Degree, except for a TOR (ciempre di na rin pwede ang Diploma) or a True Copy of Grades.

This is especially directed to Navitaire, and other companies that are hiring for C# programmers.

Thank you.

The school won't take your cash?

Sorry I didn't make it clearer.

I wanted to pay in cash, on a monthly basis (huhulugan), because I can't guarantee that I can "fill up" a chequeing account on a monthly basis, primarily because I have another debt to pay, and because if I will be employed, my salary would just be entry-level range.
