hi guys does anyone have an info about HTMT. according to my source it is in Libis and they really pay well..

uhm how much kaya ang basic pay nila for fresh grads and no experience??

what are other perks and privileges??

HTMT stands for Hinduja Telecoms Media Technology. HTMT is the former C-Cube / Source One Asia. The company is known for its training from pre-hire to post hire. The company does not pay to well when i was still there, but if you want to start your call center career, HTMT is something that i would highly recommend.

pay is not so well then. Training is good.

pay will vary depending on the account. I would suggest to apply for the financial; account that they have there. just ace the interview:)

ako alam ko tong company na toh! sobrang ok itong cc na toh pag TL postion ka, malaki na sweldo mo *** ka pang gagawin! :) Pag TL ka you can start your day reading your imail and after 30mins pagod ka na break ka muna then pag 11 pm na tulog ka muna sa sleeping quarters hanggang 4 am para ndi ka mapuyat *okay* Pero pag nanjan OM dapat bibo ka kunwari may ginagawa ka :lol: pero sa totoo iaasa mo lang lahat sa EA mo lahat ng trabaho! Ok di bah! tapos at the end of the week i handa mo na *** automated email mo na you'll be out for 3 days fri, sat, and sun. kse as totoo 3 days ang off ng TL dito! :hmm: sa pag gawa naman ng EAR since TL ka wag ka mag lagay ng absent para kumpleto pa din bayad sayo sayang ang VL at SL i-cash mo nalang! *peace*

HTMT is a very good company. d nag lang masyadong sikat. napansin ko sa mga interview ko nung paalis na ako dito consistent yung mga tanong na " is it a call center?" hehehe
ryt now it is called HTMT Global Solutions para mahiwalay sya sa business group ng HTMT. free parking ata kasi may sariling lugar.
maganda na po ang pay ngayon dito. pero i think depende sa account. :) i also started here. magandang training ground. :)
balita ko now ok na ang kita dito. syempre dapat competitive compared to other CCs. then may 14th month, medicard for u and ur dependents, quarterly bonus/program, monthly bonus scheme, profit-sharing, at ok mga tao. siguro yung tinutukoy na TL ay sa isang financial account. tamad nga mga TL doon kasi na compare ko mga activites nila dito sa mga TL sa new company na pinagttrabahuhan ko. tamad sila. mga Tl sila doon kasi, kelangan *** ng tl that time nung nag expand yung operations. kaya napilitan *** company na ipromoite sila whahahaa :bop:

I must agree na tamad nga ang mga tl sa financial account. walang ginawa kundi pigain ka na mag benta ng mag benta. e kung sila nga mag calls hirap din sila maka benta (my tl's case). syempre di naman lahat ng araw marami kang benta d b??tapos irap irapan at taray tarayan ka pa. duh!!!! ang saarap sabunutan. samantalang wala naman syang ginagawa.. nakikinig ng mp3 imbis na mag barge in. hay.................:bop:

wow!!!! just heard from an ex office mate na ang salary sa financial account nila is 25k. I really cant believe it. that's twice my basic pay even if i got cert wayback 2005


i guess they're really competing when it comes to salaries w/ other contact centers

sakay ka lang ng rosario pasig na jeep..**** ever or de castro..wag lang yung bagumbayan kc lumiliko sila bago yung overpass...sabihin mo sa driver overpass, tpos yun unang overpass na mkikita lgpas sya ng outback na restaurant...alam yun ng mga driver sabhin mo lang unang overpass, tpos tawid ka lang sa overpass, pag andun ka na sa over pass makikita mo na yung HTMT, correction *** na loyalty rito, choices na ang tawag nila.
.ang mganda sa company they give you chance kpag bumgsak ka **** sa accent and training pa lang bibigyan ka nila ng chances **** para mkapasa ka, kc usually yung ibang call center pag bagsak sa english training bye bye na, here hindi they give you chance ****, and they have certification period maximum is 6 mos, lets say talgang wala ka ng pag-asang mkapasa sa acct na yun ililipat ka na nila....haay yun lang kagandahan sa HTMT..kaso baba ng sahod..14k certified ka na nun, usually 12k ang training it depends on the acct..yung iba 17k ang certified, yung 25k yun ang mga beterana sa mga calls yung tipong every call eh pang commendation..haay daldal ka na..basta yung po..

12K ata talaga base pay dito.

Mga TL talaga dito tamad lalo na c M*r*** (censored). Wala *** gnagawa kundi i-pressure mga agents and EA's. Yung 25th na sweldo sa financial acct lang yun pro sobra daw ang metrics na kailangan abutin parang langit! tapus yung ibang acct start sa 12th or 14th. May email account din dito pro walang kwenta management.

yun mga ex team mates ko pinababalik ako dito sa htmt, 25k na daw ang sweldo. di naman ganun kahirap abutin na paran langit ang metrics. just habdle the call well.

pero di bala na lang. aanhin ko ang 25k na basic kung super layo naman nito sa tirahan ko.. baka wala rin akong maipon. trafic pa sa umaga. anyway i just signed a contract w/ another contact center which has the same account and has a salary of 25k as well.... cheers!!!:D

Ok lang naman kung malayo ka, pwede naman tumira sa HTMT dami nakatira **. Libre ang rent, water at electric bills. San company yung 25thou din ang sweldo?

It's quite sad to know that most of the good trainers are indeed no longer with HTMT.

Just the same, i really had a blast when i was with them. One can never erase 3 years of happy memories.

Well, I don't agree with your opinion. You've the same opinion with bad trainors, or trainors who just don't care about their trainees. Before trainors here at C3/HTMT are the best they just make complicated things easy. And, you can easily grasp what they are teaching and apply them once you're on the floor. They really know how to teach the trainees well.

Question lang sa mga taga ** at sa mga nakakaalam:

My resignation was effective last March 15. My salary was also put on hold on March 15. I thought that the salary for the period Feb. 15-29 will be received on March 15, since the EAR for this period was passed on Feb 29. And the salary for the period March 1-15 will be received on March 30, since the EAR for this period was passed on March 15. So, in my mind I didn't receive my salary for the period Feb 15-29, since I didn't receive any pay on March 30. I also didn't receive any pay for the period March 1-15. However, when I received my last pay check from this company I only received one pay period. I asked them why and they told me that the salary is paid in advance. Meaning, they already have foreseen my EAR for the period Feb 1 to 15, and was paid on Feb 14. And, for the period Feb 16-29, I was paid on Feb 29. And my last paycheck was for the period March 1 - 15. Is this correct? Or, am I duped by this company(HTMT)???????

I also asked that what if I didn't work for the period March 1- 15 will I receive any pay, they told me not anymore......

Hinde naman sobra ka naman dami din na tanggihan mostly mga na refer ko :depressed: sa blockbuster *****. pero dati yung nasa eastwood pa tong company na toh sobrang ayos pa pati training one of the best. Dami nga na OM or upper managment sa top call centers ** sa philippines galing ** Source-one/C3 pa pangalan n2. Pro nung lumipat na ** sa current location and nung HTMT na pangalan walang kwenta na. Nagresign na din lahat na magagaling na management, trainers, and HR **. So ang natira na lang ay yung mga **toot* **toot**.

Hinde ata nag po-promote ** ng agents to TL position kse dami d2ng palamunin yung mga 15 years ng TL **. Hinde naman *** ma terminate so nililipat nalang *** sa mga account na nangangailangan ng TL. Tulad na lang ng Blockbuster kung sana hindi kumuha ng TL sa ibang account sana OK padin tong account na toh!

Then, bigay resume sa reception, antay sa lobby...
ang initial interview nila ay thru phone. After nun, antay ulit, onting assessment sayo, boses, personality, english com skills, ekek! tapos endorse ka sa computer exam. so kung nakapag-apply ka na sa ibang call center, hindi na bago sayo ang mga to. (typing, listening, basic computer at kung ano ano pang churvalu) after nun antay ulit, depende sa result mo, saka ka nila i-aassess kung anong account ka nila pwede ilagay... tapos ang huli ay call handling skills. Dito, medyo magkakatalo na yung mga may experience sa wala. Tapos pag pasado ka..final interview ka na. *okay*

Sa mga interested sa financial account nila, sabi ng friend kong hr, medyo mahirap daw talaga makapasok dito, dapat lahat ng exam mo, hindi lang pasado or good....ang hanap nila sa mga results ng exams ay above average para mag qualify ka sa next step! At ang malupit sa account na to eh yung katakutakot na interview. lalo na final :naughty: Kasi daw kakausapin mo lahat ng big boss ng account. Gisa raw to the max. Pag may mali kang nasabi kahit isa lang or pag hindi consistent sagot mo... magdasal ka na! :lol:

the ten-day free training program in makati is for enhancement of your english com skills, ineendorse ka nila dun pag feeling nila na kailangan mo pa nito. :p Tapos after two weeks, depende sa feedback ng trainers kung ok ka, go na for jo and cs. :D Otherwise kung ok na com skills mo, no need for this.. derecho ka na sa libis.

aw. may weird profiling policy pala tong company na to for agents- pag undergrad ka but may callcenter experience, yung last callcenter experience mo should be within a six month period para maprocess nila yung application mo. that means kung 1 year ka na tl, or kung may 3 years callcenter experience ka but currently in another field for a year or so, di ka pwede mag apply as agent sa kanila :D

yes,HTMT has its own sleeping quarters and yes it's free, but its on a first come first serve basis, so may time talaga na mahirap humanap ng tulugan. Mejo maluwag talaga hiring process dito lalo na sa ibang accts kaya minsan bumababa tuloy quality ng acct. just like what happend to Samsung ang daming hinire na bago agents puro ala Jimmy Santos naman, ayun na dissolve tuloy acct.

I am from here way back early2004-mid005. Work got really, really heavy halfway into my stay here. Yes, I was in the financial account then. Service level the whole shift but I guess that's just how it is although it's not for me to absorb completely more especially when upselling was introduced. It became a jungle. Politics in the financial account is very recognizeable but hey, we're in the Phils. I don't even know if one member of the pioneer batch of trainors in the financial account is still here. They were really good trainors! Their pay now is good but I really think it has a very taxing reason behind it. As enticing as the pay is now, work there is still not for me though. I was full of ideals then when I was still here. As what I've been told, "to want to work here again with less the ideals, it'd all be ruined regardless; you know how it is(in the financial account), it hasn't changed." It just used to be so great when it was still in Eastwood it was like family. Had a light working atmosphere but you know we all perform when we're working. Just my personal insight.

last time i talked with their hr w/c was not more than a month ago i was told 22k is for training alone and when you get certified(passed all training phases and is on floor now), it gets to 25k basic pay.i don't know if it has changed since then.about the account being really stressful, to me the factors are: metrics and management. metrics i think because the account itself has of lot of metrics. for servicing(pure cust service) alone, if i remember it right the account has 6-8 metrics for an agent to pass. and for the upselling part i think there is no specific quota to meet altho there is a figure to avoid. meaning if you aim really high there is just no boundaries BUT you can't be LOW because you'll get noticed. so if you're an agent who does both, you got a lot to meet. i think it's easy tho once you get the knack of things altho as i've mentioned in my previous post, the job is not for me. management, i can't really say more except that i still get a lot feedback saying it still sucks.

anyhoo...here's my two cents. If you're into challenges, there's an account there that involves ala-rescue 911 style but your customers are mostly truck drivers. Roadside assistance at its finest. And mind you, some of the calls that you're going to get are really insane. And this is waaay different from reading a script or collecting a payment or selling a system.

HTMT is a fantastic company. Some HTMT alumni I know are in better positions in other BPO companies. Why? Because HTMT trains people well.

Hello, I'm from HTMT.

The first thing that you need to know about HTMT is that unlike other CCs, this company handles almost everything account-based. Account-based HR, account-based benefits (although we do have standard company wide benefits), account-based training length and quality etc etc.

So yes, in that respect we do have extremes. Extremely good, and extremely...bad. Heh. But I think we have weeded out most of them (the bad ones).

1. HTMT's accounts are MOSTLY inbound accounts. A few are mixed outbound-inbound, but the outbound is mostly for follow-ups or billings. Only one is sales.

2. Last time I checked, we don't have upselling anymore in all accounts. (Not sure with the Financial Account).

3. All shifts are Mondays to Fridays. There are only a few accounts that have weekend shifts.

4. There is no dresscode. Except you can only were shorts/slippers on weekends.

5. We do have sleeping quarters. And recreational room/TV room.

6. We do have a non-voice account. For this account, you need at least more than a year of driving experience and a driver's liscence.

7. For agent positions, starting salary is non-negotiable. Starting salary varies per account. From the low of 12k to a high of 25k.

8. HTMT is based in Libis. There are plans to expand in Ortigas, but at the moment, they are just that. Plans. :)

9. HTMT has a training bond for a year.

10. Previous CC experience (atleast 6 months) is only required for the financial account.

11. A four-year college degree is required for the financial account, the healthcare account, one part of the logistics account.

12. Mabait HR sa HTMT. :)

13. There are some accounts that really have high metrics.

14. HTMT has a lot of extracurricular activities. Currently we are holding the HTMT Basketball Tournament every weekends at Club 650.

15. HTMT has 20% night differential. 13th and 14th month, free HMO dependents upon certification/regularization, and other benefits.

16. HTMT has roving guards even outside the compound (sa overpass).


HTMT also has it faults, but they are being addressed. Pero, in the end, ang talagang mabenta sa HTMT is the culture itself. May freedom at hindi stiff. It's a great company to start with and grow with.

I could see her restraint from finally going berzerk though I don't think every applicant will understand what possible reason she could have to behave that way. I hope this issue would be addressed cause it is indeed an issue to the applicants.

sorry for the late response. Super busy sa work. Daming applicants.
Anyway, The financial account is still hiring :) and it is indeed 25k upon hiring. :) As for the other account, the one with t.v.'s, dvd players (I can't say the account or else I may get terminated) lol. pero alam niyo na yun, yes it's still hiring, and all of you are correct that pwede nga undergrad kahit one year college education as long as you have SUPERB/ EXCELLENT Comm. Skills. I work for Recruitment and I rate my english as 7 or 8/10. so hopefully these applicants will at least be a 6 and above :) There are also openings for Nurses! You got that right, even RNs! We have an account that actually prefer people who took up Nursing but the only problem we often have is the job commitment. Because for obvious reasons, Nursing grads still want to pursue the dream for milk and honey abroad particularly in the U.S. but look at their economy now.. So, I guess we have to stay here in our beloved homeland :)
For all applicants, just to remind all of you, when you apply in HTMT, make sure to bring a jacket, because it is freezing in our waiting area. And, please, try to understand that we really try to process all your applications as soon as we can. Minsan naiintindihan naman namin na nakakainis magantay buong araw for the next step of the application process, but sometimes our hands are tied, because let's say your up for final interview, pero yung magfafinal pang night shift, wala kaming choice to make you wait or for you to come back. As i have stated earlier, HTMT does not have part time jobs as we actually are one of the more strict Call Centers when it comes to the bond. The bond/ lock-in is for 1yr. which means you have to stay in HTMT for a year or you will be forced to pay an amount for you to be able to leave. thanks for all those who sent me emails and pm's :) I hope everyone would understand if it takes a day or two before i can actually respond to your inquiries. There's just too much workload now.
Anyway to answer the questions mentioned above,
as of the moment we only have on Manila site which is in Libis, QC where we have our own compound. Housing over 2,000 agents :) As for the question about the new financial account, let me reiterate again, that this technically is not a new account, but a new split of the financial account. So basically what that means is that there is a new "department" of this account which we will handle, which is credit card approval. To the question if it is easy, well each and every person has their own level of gauging difficulty right :) for me personally it's not really a toxic account. :) and 18k for starters and part of wave1/batch1, that's a great opportunity!
Unfortunately right now, we don't have a non-voice account, (technically before we did but we no longer hire people for it) so to those looking for non-voice accounts, why not try this new split of the financial account?

we are still very much looking for college undergrads! even if you were only able to study 1 whole year of college, and have excellent english comm skills, you have a chance to get a job :)
excellent comm skills means you know how to properly construct sentences, use the right tenses, subject verb agreement, and the like. :) pronouncation is one of the most important things we look at in applicants, so please, be very careful with your p/f, and b/v ok :) goodluck to everyone and thanks again for taking time to read my posts . will keep everyone updated.

we still do not have non-voice accounts as of the moment.

palangga: during the initial interview, we will already know and discuss with the applicant which account we are tagging you for. it will also depend on the basi qualifications, like for the healthcare account they require college grads, unlike in other accounts wherein they accept undergrads :)

chinky15: hi, well honestly, the financial account has their own h.r. if you know what I mean. they have different bonus schemes, targets,etc. as to what you said, about the 14th month pay, i wll get back on that. but you have to understand, the client for the financial account has their own payout schemes and perks. take note, their bonuses every month are way way higher compared to other accounts.
and by philippine law, they give out what their supposed to give out anyway :)

elay: yes unfortunately final interviews are conducted only at night because that's the time wherein operations come to work. they usually are the ones who do the final interview, not hr-recruitment anymore.

nirvana: we are still open for our financial account. basic qualifications are great english comm skills, a graduate of a 4yr course, and at least 6 months of call center experience. our healthcare account is still very much hiring. same qualifications, but no call center experience needed.

ella: hmmm...i think the account your handling now is somewhat related to the account we have. with your experience in your company now, i don't think we are going to be able to afford you as we only offer 12k to start for the logistics account. why don't you try the financial account? with your experience, you might be able to get in :) salary starts at 25k!
