Accenture Non-Voice BPO

I just wanna make sure I'll make the right decision if I do accept the job offer which Accenture is giving me.

The HR rep told me that I will be deployed to a project at the end of the month that will handle an account of a telecom company from the States, sa non-voice BPO 'to, hindi sa Solutions.

Data analyzation daw sa non-voice BPO... Chat and email support lang ba to?? And nagtetrain din ba abroad pag non-voice BPO? O yung mga IT lang yun?

And what kind of perks and benefits will I get?

Please enlighten me on this. I really would like to start my career right since I'm just a fresh grad. THANKKKKKSSSS!!

from what school ka?im also a fresh grad seeking a job... they also called me and scheduled for an pre employment test but i didnt make it because of urgent family matter...my wife working in accenture pioneer as a training supervisor she holds a team and train it for client claims...i applied in associate in health operations ( yta un )...ikaw ba?i heard that training in accenture is better than other BPO but im not sure that they are sending employees abroad.

i think Offshore analyst yung magiging work mo dito. not sure kasi eto yung work ng former officemate ko dati at ngayon senior business analyst na sya :) nagche-check sila ng stats ng mga call centers so non-voice sya at weekends off. not sure about the shift pero laging gabi pasok nya dati. saan school ka po if you don't mind? wala lang kasi iniisip ko baka namimili sila ng pinanggalingan na school for that position. nag-apply ako before online pero antagal tumawag :confused:

I also had to take an English assessment test after the closing interview kasi required daw yun sa lahat ng BPO applicants. Then I found out na yung training pala na gagawin namin sa una, parang tailored for call center applicants. I'm kinda hesitant about this. I couldn't see the relevance of it to my position kung data analyst ako. Unless may hindi sinasabi sa kin yung HR ng ACN. :hmm:

I joined ACN primarily because I thought I have larger opportunities there to be trained abroad. Kung hindi, hindi yata worth it na kunin ko yung offer to think night-shift and may 2-year bond pa.:eek:

sabi kasi ng friend ko, yung mga metrics sa call center like stats e ikukumpara mo. kasi madaming vendors kaya titignan kung alin yung vendor na nagpoproduce ng magandang stats. analysis kumbaga.

i think kaya ka pinapakuha kagaya sa call center training para magkaroon ka ng idea tungkol sa call center.

2 years bonds sa BPO? i worked with accenture BPO for about 2 years and AFAIK, walang bond dyan unless ipadala ka abroad for training. ang alam ko sa solutions lang may bond na 2 years.

patriciya, i suggest that you ask your recruiter/hr whatever questions you have in mind about the job para before ka pumasok clear lahat sayo and you know what to expect. para no regrets sa huli.

share ko na lang din experience ko with ACN. ok yung benefits esp yung sa hmo coverage. i believe ACN is one of the most competitive in terms of that. tsaka mabilis ang career advancement sa BPO lalo na pag magaling ka. tsaka madami din perks. in terms of compensation, medyo di kalakihan. pero alam ko nag increase na mula nung umalis ako last year.

naku matagal talaga sila tumawag. ako nga pinasa ko na nga yung application ko sa friend ko na taga accenture, till now wala pa. ganun daw talaga dun.

In my case, last end of March, they called me offering a nice job. As I remember Software Engineer. Pero naputol *** call and ala na ako nareceive na another call. So di ko na tinuloy yung pre-employement test. Then, they called me again. This day lang, offering me this BPO job. I don't have any idea about this one. And I don't know if this job has a relation within my course as a Computer Engineering. I will take their pre-employement test this coming saturday. And now, I'll take the exam. If I pass, I'm not sure if I will take this job because according to exelsius, the compensation is not really high. I'm from Bulacan and I don't know if it will fit my basic needs together with my taxes, allowance and transpo.. Please exelsius (or other people) give me some advice regarding your job before in accenture as BPO. Thanks! I'll wait for your reply.

Closing interview means they already completed their background check and will be asking further details from you then schedule you for a face to face meeting for your requirements. After that, you'll go to a New Joiner's Orientation then it's show time for you.

this is my senario in accenture.,.,
my first pre-employment test in accenture is for ASE position (im a fresh grad) unfortunately i didnt pass the exam

(ms.hr is holding a paper, at first i didnt know that its a thank you letter hehehe)

ms.hr: for the result of your exam you're not qualified for ASE position and we have second option if you want to try for TSR position.

kinagabihan pala nung july 14 ngtxt *** classmate ko na hndi rin nkapasa ASE POSITION. sbi nya medical na nya bukas (july 15) phone intrvw nya gabi ng july 14.

wow.,, ngayun d qu nalam ggwin ko kung magttake pa ** ng bpo analyst. pero gs2 ko talaga e2ng accenture., for ase position.

kailan kaya ulit ** pd magexam.? hintay pa kaya ** ng nxt yr or march para magtake ulit ng exam?

nagaapply naman ** sa ibng company pero gs2 ko talaga ACN

Based on my experience, matagal ang process pag sa ACN BPO. Tas dapat dun sa US telecom acct. ako ilalagay pero may tumawag sakin & informed me na sa Utilities/billing na daw...

Series of phone interviews... & *** final interview ko, super tagal 1 hour. Lahat na ata tnanong sakin hehehe. Ayun. :)

Dude, i just had my final interview last friday. The project they are offering, it has something to do with Project Alpha. Accounts receivable daw for insurances. I'm not expecting for a good salary but the training is really good daw. My brother is a software engineer here in Acc. too. So good luck to me.

meron for non-voice, BPO Associate, check mo sa jobstreet. kaya lang tagal ng response nila eh, two weeks na akong under consideration sa kanila pero wala pa rin akong narereceive na call eh. try mo na rin mag-submit. goodluck.

I think they're hiring sa cubao gateway. Health insurance data processor/analyst ang job position. I just went there last thursday and nag PET at pumasa. I really am not sure kung interview ba yung ginawa ng HR kasi sobrang ikli ng time. Anyway sana tumawag na sila any moment from now.
