Call Center Agents and Coffee Shops

hi. i'm doing this thing for my friend who's tasked to do something in relation to cc's and coffee shop and the way they are to be designed. he just wants to know that since majority of call center agents can be seen in them, what features/services do you guys look for in a coffee shop? what kind of interior design will make you stay and feel comfortable?

in short, what is an ideal coffee shop for you?

a lot of soft seats.

eye friendly walls. enough with the brightly painted walls with glaring posters.

probably enough with bossa and get on with other kinds of music.

good and cheap coffee. (coffee aint just mocha and latte anyway)

wifi. :P

magazines and other reading materials.

(forget most of what i've said except the seats. we all need something nice to rest our backs on.)

warm, organic and soft interiors.

the exact opposite of typical call center floors which are basically bright lights/colors, posters, noise, and of lots of office chars and tables.

so something really cozy and homey?

he was asked kasi to like make the architectural/interior design much more appealing to call center agents since it'll be situated in a building that will have them as their target market e. something preppy and fit for twenty/thirty somethings

(the previous standard design that he used to work on sa other branches kasi is somehow stiff and too Parisian if you know what I mean. ;) he was given the go signal to change the standard layout so he's asking for POV's)

Like the ones they have in Baguio,Sagada or Mt province,make it more less western please, wifi friendly,but the most important of them all 2 cr.
