APC Cavite Call Center

Hello po.

Does anybody here works in APC cavite call center?

Cuz I applied there last week, and positive naman yung feedback. Before JO, i want to know more about working there. Kc im currently working with a good company din nmn, and compensation is also fine. im only considering APC because its very near to our house, i dunno if they will be offering me the same as my current salary pero I heard that their compensation package is even better than accenture.

Totoo ba? Day shift lang daw? toxic ba? I'll appreciate any comments since im still indecisive on this. Thank you.

narinig ko na din to... hubby is from remelville noveleta lang eh though currently we're staying in manila. baka naman provincial rate ito huh.

hindi daw provincial rate dito... i had two phone interviews before ako pinapunta for the listening and comprehension skills test. then i had the final interview - PANEL ito with 3 US pipol and a pinoy guy from HR. I was told that hindi nga daw provincial rate dito, benefits are okay daw kasi 2 dependents libre sa HMO mo... then meron yta shuttle for agents lang. hindi ko na nalaman *** iba pa, pero when they asked me about my current salary, (im almost 2 yrs na rin kasi sa current call center job ko) i thought they will not call me na. ayun, so far they are inviting me na for JO. im not sure lang kung itutuloy ko kasi baka makaalis na ko for abroad.

I think the easiest way to apply here is go directly to their office at Rosario Cavite and there, they will entertain you. I heard that people here are nice and they offer good compensation as well. If not with my promotion, I'll transfer here. So near to my house and no hassle on the trip compare to Makati.

nag apply din ako dito, at yung kasama ko dati sa work employed na sya dito

sa totoo lang, ayaw sabihin sakin ng friend ko yung job description sa APC, saka kung magkano offer

pero yung friend ko night shift sya. wala din nabaggit sakin yung interviewer ko na day shift yung job, at nung ininterview ako e sa floor ako dinala at may mga tao dun..

yes may day job dito kase inhouse ito, yung normal APC operations sa umaga (manufacturing et al) then call center sa gabi

sabi din ng guard sakin sa gabi ang call center dito.

My friend works here, lumipat rin siya dito kase sa Kawit siya nakatira. Galeng siyang Accenture, he didnt give me the full salary specs, pero he did say that basic pay was above 20thou. Then fixed weekends off and also pewde in-lieu pag US holidays.

Sabe rin nya na hindi ito day-shift; the call center operations is on night shift, may mga shuttle daw na nag hahatid for the employees galing ata sa main gate.

Hindi rin daw ganun karame ang calls dito, tama lang mga 20 or 30 i think pero could be less.

Search ka lang ng APC sa jobstreet, makikita mo yung opening.

i have a friend who is working in apc.shes recommending me to work there.malaki daw ang sahod 20thou plus daw basic.bacao centennial lang me at malapit lang.i tried to apply pero i dont know where to apply..pud ba magwalk in? san ba ang office ng apc? help naman..sabi daw one interview lang daw at pasok ka kagad pag over a year na experiece mo sa call center..great diba..

iv'e worked there for 6 months.. all i can say is the accounts are great kasi products nila mismo but the environment is not so good esp if tenured agent na u sa ibang cc.. your salary will not be provincial rate but it is not that high then.. i actually depends sa last salary and experience mo.. i have a friend who has a 3months call center exp and her given salary was only 13k.. tatapatan nila yung salary mo exclusive of allowances pero rarely tataasan.. minsan pantay din tapos minsan mas mababa pa ng konti since wala sila masyadong allowances so taxable income halos lahat basic mo..

i really want to try here sana since tga Naic pko and Telus is in Ortigas pa..pro prang ayaw nila ng undergrads even if may cc experience pa..coz hndi na sila 2mawag ulit..is dat true?
