View Full Version : Korean online English "teaching" centers--a different breed of "call centers"

Hello pipol! Because they call students for lessons—so innovative deba? I am just trying to add local flavor to my local experiences.
May dalawang dosena yata doon or more.
Haaaay! Nakakalula deba? Pero huwag ka ha yung half-Pinoy friend ko was offered a higher salary!!!AY dahil ba morena ako at mukhang Amerikana talaga siya kaya mas mataas kanya? Under normal circumstances, ma-o-offend ako but since trip lang namin mag apply, we just laughed about it na sobra.Anyway, yun ang bayad nila sa Pinoy eh ang alam ko ang charge nila for a one-month course that involves a 10-minute daily phone call 5 days a week eh equivalent to at least 7000 pesos PER CUSTOMER/STUDENT. Ilan students ang work load ng teachers? Just do the math kung bakit sila mayaman Hehe Ayun kinarir namin ang pag-a-apply and pagreject ng offer nila. So amusing.
Not that there’s anything wrong with that—kung tama ba ang grammar at basic pronunciation eh. Lab ko yata Pinoy accents. One can have a Pinoy accent but still pronounce English words correctly. Ang nakakairita eh yung sobrang fake mga pa-twang-twang ng mga na-encounter ko and there’s someone I overheard who corrected a student in pronouncing “rectangle” as “REK-tan-gol” (stressing the first syllable) OMFG! LOL LOL poor Koreans. At an dami ko narinig din na "for a while" at kung ano ano pa :rotflmao:
4.Additionally, based on my own personal research which included my personal survey of Korean-American friends, most Koreans prefer to learn English from native speakers. Deba ang native speaker is someone who speaks any language as his/her FIRST language? Nakow eh di para pala nilang niloloko mga kapwa nila Koreano by claiming that their Filipino teachers are “native speakers” of English. May mga cases pa nga akong narinig na yung mga teachers eh ginagawan ng fake identities/screen names/resumes to make it appear na they are Filipinos who were born and raised in America. Hello? Ako po yun as well as the 1 million plus Fil-Ams on the other side of the Pacific pond.
Nagtitipid ba aircon?Or do they just love our tropical heat? Love ko heat sa beach but not inside a stifling office ahihi.
6.Yung ibang office na napuntahan ko, so freaking filthy and disorganized and temporary looking. Feeling ko they can pack up and leave anytime and leave their poor Pinoy teachers high and dry. Sana naman huwag.
But hey, in spite of these experiences and observations, go kayo at mag-apply. Learning experience din ito. BOW :p

I was thinking about giving up my call center career and shift to a day job work.I figured out that working as an english teacher for Koreans would work for me but then..I thought about it again and again...chances for growth is 0.5%... and masyado tayong binabarat ng mga koreano!ang baba ng pa sweldo nila. One more thing!I think this online ESL industry is a bit unstable pa....

Actually, calling the industry "a bit" unstable is an understatement. I also passed my resume to a couple of these companies, got accepted and got as far as the training period. The ones I experienced did not even bother to have the trainees sign a contract! Furthermore, their office procedures are questionable. Medyo unprofessional. Not naman bastos but I didn't feel like I was working in a "real" office during my training. And I agree, sobrang barat sila.Kaya I didn't show up anymore after I got my training allowance. Oh well, dami pa trabaho out there.

This is so freaking funny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:rotflmao:
Yeah, my suggestion, wag na wag kayong mag work for koreans! Yung mga "Language- EK-EK schools" nila puro contractual - di kayo mareregular! grabeh talaga!

That's actually more or less the standard salary for most call centers here, so hindi naman sila barat if you look at it that way. I think most call center people here would agree that the salary is competitive.
4.Additionally, based on my own personal research which included my personal survey of Korean-American friends, most Koreans prefer to learn English from native speakers.
I am not sure about this, but from what I know Koreans go to the Philippines to learn English since it's cheaper here than in other countries. So it doesn't seem like they actually prefer native speakers of the language. The factor here then is more on cost than anything else.

Hi!
May man to man and may online. Sa Ortigas everywhere you look eh puro Koreans. Ehehe! =)
I mean, diba malamig sa Korea? May schedule pa yung pag-off and on ng aircon namin at take note, yung aircon namin is centralized so kapag 9pm eh sarado narin yung centralized aircon namin.
I mean, where is the freedom kahit pano? Tsaka how can you teach your students if you're not lively enough? Syempre you'll not shout pero there are some teachers na talaga alive magturo kaya minsan maingay pero atleast academic noise naman yun at hindi senseless noise.
*sad*
Mabait naman sila kaso syempre may mga topak din and they really practice the art of favoritism. Tsk tsk! Hindi ako sipsip na tao or pa-bida pero syempre you know kung favorite nila yung specific person na yun or talagang nagagalingan lang sila or natutuwa.
Kayo?

As in! One day they say this and the next day eh iba na naman ang sasabihin nila sayo.
Like in their policies, they say this and that pero do they really implement it? They like contradicting their first statements tapos magrereklamo sila kung bakit hindi sinusunod ng teachers. Hay naku! Kalokohan!
Pero infairness sa mga boss namin, mayaman yung owner talaga ng company kc he owns an academy in Korea kaya most of our students come from that academy. Kaso yung iba samen eh onti lang students or minsan talagang wala.
No exaggeration pero I've been in the company for almost a year kc 10 months na ako dun tapos last February lang ako nagkaron ng students na madami (madami as in 17 in a month.. ehehe..) then after February eh wala akong student masyado. We don't follow the 10 minute phone class kc, we have 20 and 30 minute classes every week.
Pa-isa isa lang halos and just this past few months eh I didn't get any students at all. Almost 3 months na akong walang student tapos this August I have one.
When I ask my TC about it, sabi niya na medyo mahina daw kc yung marketing strategy sa Korea kaya onti lang yung students namin. Ehehe! =)

Eh di aagawin na nila satin yun trono for being one of the biggest (if not biggest) industry in terms of call center? tapos tapatan pa nila ng low labor ang mga kano eh di either hindi na sila kukuha ng customer service sa pinas or babaratan na nila tayo... kaya personally, i dont believe in working as an english teacher for koreans kasi it's like we're teaching them to be like us... or even better.

Di siguro.. sinabi na to noon about China being the next "call center" spot.. good luck sa accent.
Sabagay, when I was in Malaysia, I met a chinese guy who spoke in a beautiful brit accent.
Nonetheless, they just can't take this away from us. :rotflmao:
On topic:
I think this is crazy. But if you think of it.. di rin naman honest ang ilang call centers dito. May ilang call centers, bawal nila sabihin na wala sila sa US, bawal sabihin nila na hindi sila Americans/Australians and what have you... yung friend ko nga, meron pa raw sila SSS# sa US, gulat pa ako! LOL
So the lies this call center industry has done, be it teaching, selling, or whatever nature, has no boundaries. Hehe.

Last time I was hired as a tutor for a Pinoy kid, 250 per hour.
And that was in 2000.
There was this one time in 2006 that I was asked to tutor a Korean, a few pesos higher than a hundred lang. Natawa lang ako.

Objective: Dealing with South Koreans for business means dealing with their culture.
Business:
Cost cutting as opposed to revenue generation.
Maximum efficiency as opposed to comfort.
I could go on actually.
End Results:
They are taking full advantage of an unregulated sub-industry.
Koreans will not adapt to us--we will have to adapt to them.
Fluency in English is the prime determinant in entering an A-Level tertiary institution which determines entry into an A-Level company.
The Korean English Tutorial/Schooling market should be actively monitored and managed or else they'll continue cutting costs and driving efficiency.
Notice how in the end, the cultural traits drive the type of business practices in the BPO industry?
Eat my kimchi, and like it.

i have tried applying in several Korean tutorial schools also, mostly here in Alabang area where you can find many Korean schools both online and man to man. I applied sa isang man to man tutorial and was able to make it but di ko na tinuloy coz I really feel that they are stealing our knowledge. Sobrang baba magpasahod and di ko talaga ma feel na magturo sa kanila i dont know why, siguro kasi alam ko they are from a rich country and they are just here to learn English from us. Pero im sure nasa isip nila lower race pa rin tayo because of our color and bec we live in a Third World country. When the time comes na almost all of them are good in English di na rin sila pupunta dito or di na rin sila mag seset up ng online business dito. Korea is just another Thailand and Vietnam whose people learned to plant palay and harvest rice grain from us pero ngayon mas magaling pa sila sa atin. and aside from that, daming fly by night na mga Korean call centers na hindi naman nahuhuli ng government. Last week, I applied in one Korean call center dito rin sa Alabang. I was able to make it to the final interview. Sa screening, 15 kami then the next day, 6 na lang kami pumasa for the final interview. We were interviewed by 2 Koreans and the interview was really short and easy. We were all surprised nung sinabi na 3 lang daw ang pumasa and hindi me nakasama dun.Medyo nakakagulat lang kc we dont even know what was their basis. pero ok lang naman. that's life.
I heard also most Korean call centers don't like hiring those with previous experience working in other Korean online teaching centers sabi kc they are afraid na baka masulot *** mga students nila and mag home based na lang *** mga tutors.siguro totoo nga, kaya di pumasa sa initial screening *** dalawa kong kasabay na merong online teaching experience na.
On the other hand, meron din naman advantage ang pagwowork dito, since this is in the field of education. If you have plans of going to other countries to teach ESL then working in call centers like these will be helpful.

Lahat ba ng OEI companies nagbabawas pa rin ba during training? May na-applayan kasi ako then natanggap naman ako jan sa may Eastwood, then may 1 month training sila pero me tanggalan every week. I need a sure job! Pls pls!

Neung Yule Eduphone
Ok siya, mukhang matinong company. Grammar exam and Accent lang sila particular. May ipababasang tongue twisters sa inyo then malalaman agad kung pasado kayo. Nakapasa nga ako. May training allowance naman for 1 month pero may elimination every week. The good thing is makukuha mo pa rin yung training allowance mo (scope nung training days na nakapag-survive ka) kahit chinugi ka na. 200/day for the 1st week, 300/day for the second week and 450/day for the 4th and 5th week. 12,500 basic salary and other incentives like 1000 additional if perfect attendance ka. Kaso pag voluntary exit ginawa mo, d mo makukuha training allowance mo. (At yun ang gnawa ko!)
IVOline
Madaling makapasok. But if you want to take a risk, go for it dahil 400/day daw ang training allowance. Pero kahit friendly ang environment, hnd ko maiwasang mag-doubt sa company na 'to dahil yung mga matatanggap kelangang mag-pretend na Americans sila at hindi sila nagbabanggit tungkol sa training allowance or salaries kahit trainee ka na... pero 1st day lang naman inabot ko dahil nawalan ako ng gana nung nalaman ko yung sa training allowance ek-ek! baka idi-disclose din nila yung salary the following day kasi yung 1st day yung critical chugian! And they don't accept nursing graduates, sinuwerte lang ako dahil mabait yung nag-interview. Pero try nyo pa rin, isulat nyo BSN (kasi parang di nila alam na nursing din yun hehe!) o kaya sa interview wag nyo na lang babanggitin course nyo ok. or maybe they'll also give you a chance if they think you're highly trainable.
Kaya sana naman... mag-share din kayo

Yung student ko nga before makikita mo sa skin niya pagsobrang nilalamig siya at they keep on telling us to lower the temperature of the ac.

I'm working as an ESL teacher here in Makati. Well, I'm with this company for 7 months now.

Ok guys... eto yung sa GAWON (accdng to my source)
Nag apply friend ko dito and was accepted as a trainee but unfortunately she didn't make it.
320 yung training salary for 10 days but it still depends on them. (yeah! I know, masaklap)
Let's try our luck!

1.HOMEBASED
There are a lot of homebased companies for online teaching that are available at bestjobs.ph and sulit.com.ph
Here are some of them that I've gathered.. kindly google 'em to see the link.

Online English companies are poping like popcorns.Usually KOREANS are the students.Just this year, some nationalities has started to emerge in this kind of BPO...
*Always ask the company if they'll ask the teachers to pretend as Americans --for phone english only..com'on guys be proud as Filipinos. They're offering the students a premium price because they told the students that their teachers are Americans.. but in reality they are Filipinos and yet as they pretend..they're still getting small amount of salary..UNFAIR
There'll will never be a perfect KOREAN Online Company. But I guarantee that Wephone...

The pay is not bad because it's balanced with the working environment you have. The people are friendly and are well-appreciated.There's a family culture there..that's why even resigned employees tend to go back..^^ Other companies try to provide a very good training but NOTHING COMPARES with WEPHONE. a.YBM - Nice name, fully recognized in Korea, good pay, people are okay(co-workers i mean) but admin is too bad, pay could be delayed

c.EGLOBISH -toxic, pure Korean management, low pay:sweatdrop2

Guys, baka gusto nyo subukan sa Chungdahm Inc.
Its at 23flr. Tower 1 Enterprise Center, Ayala Avenue Makati (This is the HSBC building) They have posts for e-tutors, what you do is, you grade essays submitted by students. You check for grammar and substance issues.
Pwde ang walk-in. They will give you a 3 part exam, grammar and writing ang focus. Then if you pass, training agad ng 4 days (no pay) - after that may exam ulet to assess if kaya mo yung system nila. When you get hired, 1 - 3 months lang ang probi. You only get 13K pag probi. Pag regular na, 18K na ang sweldo.
Bago lang yung company, last quarter of 2008 lang nag umpisa but they are expanding. Sayang lang ndi ako pumasa after the training, pero try nyo kase mukang maganda dito :-)

When I was 3rd year college in 2006, I tried working as a part-time Online English Tutor in Ortigas. My schedule was from 6pm-11pm, Mon-Fri.
VOIM English Incorporation ,
Good points:
1. Regular training provided (accent training included)
2. Nice equipment, all flat-screen computers and good headsets
3. Cool co-workers (although some of them weren't really fluent in English and made sporadic errors in pronunciation)
4. Relaxed environment, good support teams
5. Paid lunch/dinner break, occasional team building events
Disadvantages:
1. Very low pay, P50-P60/hour at that time for part-timers (I'm not sure now). Tax and other monthly fees are deducted but they don't really go to your Pag-ibig, Philhealth, SSS.
2. Hires anyone who can speak in English, even if their grammar or pronunciation is questionable
3. Lots of intrigues and back fighting in the office (Although this is present in almost all companies)
I quit after 7 months but I was able to learn a lot from my experience. My supervisor, TL and other co-tutors quit as well after some time.
I then tried to apply in another Online English company along Kamias road in Q.C, and the rate given to me was P65 but I negotiated and demanded for P75. The Korean boss reluctantly agreed (as though it costs him a lot to hire me). Eventually, the other tutors found out about my rate and also asked for the same amount.
Other online English companies I searched within Q.C offers the same rate, the highest only being P100/hr.
I really feel Koreans are not paying us enough. They look down on us and think that they can start companies here and profit from it because of "cheap labor". Even though some bosses seem kind, they don't really care about their employees, all they care about is making profit.
But because of my experience working in an Online English company, I realized my passion for teaching English. I do hope it can be considered a career in the future.

I worked as an ESL instructor sa Il-daeil. 12K basic and 3K for PAI. Perfect attendance incentive. AFAIK, most korean online tutorial are on recession. Konti lang kasi ang students. Il-Daeil is located in Makati, at Trafalgar Plaza HV dela Costa st., on 25th floor. They have Video class, wherein you'll teach in front of a webcam, face to face. Just a so-so company. Madali lang makapasok, basta maganda accent and above average English comm. skills.

oo nga... freeze hiring even in DUZON (ALABANG-INSULAR LIFE).
Atleast callcenters umaasa with BIG COMPANIES ABROAD na
on recession din abroad:eek::lol:.

Hi guys! Just wanted to share my experience about this company.
I recently applied for a part time position as an online English instructor for Talk Pia, which is located at the West Tower of the Philippine Stock Exchange building. The process was short and easy like what the rest of us here had gone through. An initial interview was conducted. Right after that was the exam (wasn't hard just basic English- grammar, subject-verb agreement etc.). Last part was the interview with the Korean manager who looks like a "tambay" because he wasn't on his proper attire when he was conversing with me (nkasocks lang while walking sa floor ) Well, I think the pinoy manager favored me more than the other applicants because we both had the same teaching background and credentials. So, to cut the story short, I was hired. The weird part is I was only given a copy of my contract, but did not even give me a paper to sign.
Also, I agree to some of the pexers here who feel that the Koreans are using us for their own good. I mean, they don't offer much. I was given 8K for the part time position that I applied for. The people there succumbs to whatever this Korean guy says. Hello, should it be the other way around. They should be the one adapting to our environment and culture since they are in our land and they are employing Filipinos.
I didn't really feel the urge of bowing down to these people right after I got accepted. I can't even understand what the Korean guy was asking me during the interview. He kept on mumbling. It's just weird that I am going to be helping out Koreans, instead of teaching Filipinos, esp those who are uneducated. BTW, I am working full time in a prestigious company. I went here just to try it out and have a glimpse of their environment and process.
I agree to some of you who commented that call centers are way better than this unstable industry. Well, yeah, most of the known call centers offer better salary package and wider, bigger spaces with numerous amenities than these korean offices. Parang 110 sq m. lang laki ng offices nila...nkksuffocate and ang init nga sa loob, kala ko sira *** centralized AC nila, pro according to what I read here, talagang ngttipid pala 2ng mga Koreans. Well, you will not experience this agony when you're working in a call center. I know that for a fact because I worked for one before for more than 2 years.
Also, don't even bother applying to TONGKEUN because some of the employees there are arrogant/maepal pa. Hindi naman sila yung kinakausap nung Korean, sila yung ssagot, as if naman close kame para mganswer sila on my behalf. Well, tumahimik nalang ako dahil I feel sorry for them. For one, wala na nga silang career dahil nagttyaga sila dun, I'm sure wala clang choice.. at pangalawa, alam kong mas mataas pinagaralan ko para patulan ko yung low life na kagaya nung empleyadong epal sa company na ito.
Oh well, this is all for now. Hope you learn something from it. Good luck on your application. :)

If you are from the better schools and have a knack for teaching ESL online to Koreans, try MENTORPIA.NET in 1801 Taipan Place, Emerald Ave, Ortigas. The hiring process involves an exam, an interview with Head teachers, and an online interview with the President of the company. When you pass, you get a job offer and you get a probationary employee salary as soon as your 2-week training starts.
The office is clean, not cramped at all, carpeted and freezing. You have access to free coffee and sweets. They have a microwave oven for your pack lunches, fridge for your healthy organic food and lockers for personal effects.
Most teachers are from UP, UST,and Miriam. (mostly female) They are very easy going, friendly and they respect your privacy. (no interogations after you file for leaves...or when you report back to work after being absent)The head teachers are very supportive. They make your job easy by giving helpful tips. The admin caters to your needs. ( loan applications, certificates, proof of SSS, Tax contributions...) And the best part...the bosses are in Korea!!! You report directly to your Filipino head teacher. Very organized indeed.
Other considerations:
13th month-yes
14th month- yes after 2 years of service
Leaves convertible to cash- Yes
Growth- No.

This is awful. We are Filipinos so why the heck are we short selling ourselves to these Koreans? Our English is a lot better than their English? I can't help it hinde ko talaga matanggap..kung anu ano na ang sinasabi ng mga foreigners na ito sa atin and bakit kailangan natin tiisin ang pa-sweldo ng mga Korean schools na iyan...please let us look at other online opportunities like in Odesk.com, manilacraigslist.com, bestjobs.ph. You will be earning better for as long as marunong kang pumili ng job na bagay sa iyo and what's more you will be working from home...
We have to put a stop sa ganitong treatment ng ibang mga foreigners sa atin. Once again, please check out the sites that I mentioned, for sure you will find the job that is most suited for you with very competitive rates.
God Bless Us All and I'm Proud to be Pinoy!

I just read the whole thread and felt the need to sign up to share my own point of view which I hope will enlighten some of you.
Not all Online English Teaching Centers are unstable, because some have really big accounts. It's a growing trend in Korea to have phone english classes rather than going to English Academies because it's a lot more convenient and fits right in their very tight schedule.
Also some huge corporations like POSCO (Pohang Iron and Steel Company) the 4th largest steel making company in the world put up their own phone English company right here in the Philippines, to save their employees the trouble of trying to learn English in academies or other phone Engish centers. Some of you may have heard of the company, POMIC MANILA, which stands for POSCO Management Innovation Consultancy located at Pearlbank Centre at Valero St., Makati City.
POSCO is such a huge corporation with so many employees eager to improve their English that it certainly keeps POMIC very busy. POSCO alone is more than enough to keep POMIC Manila in business for years, because POSCO's stability is POMIC's stability.
It doesn't stop there though, POMIC's management has even taken in other accounts as well from well known English Academies in Korea that wished to expand their services. So trust me you guys, Online English Teaching will be around for a long time.
Just my 2 cents ^_^

Not bad, not good really. I'm making a decent salary on a parttime basis here. Not much career advancement though. Its good for temporary employment. Salary is still much better than most Filipino companies.
Odesk basically has the same concept. Outsource work and pay peanuts to Filipinos and Indians rather than paying a heck of a lot of money to Yanks. So if its misplaced "Filipino Pride" your looking at, Odesk is the wrong place for you to go. Albeit you'll be working at home. Pero good luck with the competition.
Lest some people don't realize, we are very lucky with these foreign companies employing and paying people twice than what most Filipino companies can give them. Especially in call centers. Pray tell me, if they pay us the same salaries as they would pay their constituents in Korea, US, or Europe, whats the whole point of bringing it here. How do you think China and Taiwan boosted their economies? CHEAP LABOR. THE COST OF LIVING IS HIGHER IN THESE PLACES SO THEY GET PAID MORE. 1 DOLLAR IS 1 DOLLAR IN THE US, 1 EURO IS 1 EURO IN EUROPE. 1 WON IS, 1 WON IN KOREA. THEY DON'T CONVERT TO PESOS THERE. Who would provide employment then? Filipino companies? If it ain't San Miguel, or Ayala... Good luck. As long as these companies are complying with local labor laws then by all means.
Sorry, I get annoyed with misplaced, ignorant, patriotic rants online. Backward pinoy mentality that doesn't do anything to improve the situation. If your pissed off with your salaries at your foreign companies. Don't take it out on them. Take it out on congress, senate, and malacanang. They should be providing us with decent paying, meaningful jobs in the first place. Those foreign companies, are well... just business and making money is the point of any business.

I used to work for an Online Tutorial company, which caters to Koreans, in Eastwood.
I can say that the majority of my stay there was...Fun!
But towards the end things went downhill.
A combination of personal and professional issues was the cause of my leaving.
Now, I'm working at home.
Still doing the same old siht! *^_^*
Pero I teach Europeans now.
Higher pay din.
But if you were to apply for an office-based job like this, I can say that my former company is much more tolerable than the ones, I don't want to offend anyone so I'll just say, ELSEWHERE.

Obviously your choices are limited pero do you prefer something in particular? At least an industry or field you wish to start with. That'll make it easier for people to help you.
But either way, there are a handful of companies that entertain undergrads like you. But basically they're only looking for either a

It's a good part time job though, it's per hour basis. So pag ala kang student, no pay. Based on dun sa dalawa kong inapplyan. And one good thing, it's during daytime or may daytime shift, and madali lang sya, parang nagtutro ng english sa elementary or highschool. So if you're taking law or master's at night, pwede na, since you can bring your notes and read it in your cubicle pag wala kang patient.
So pwede na rin. Pero for a full time/ permanent job, I don't think so. Since mahigpit din ang screening dyan. You should really have a good command of the English language.

I'm proud of you, pero I've applied to these companies before, mas mahigpit ang screening nya in a sense it requires at least a bachelor's degree. And the pay isn't good, no student/client, no pay. Unless they changed it. It would really be a waste of time on your part, spending hours in your cubicle with no pay.
Why not in a call center where regular ang pay, mataas pa sahod. And masscom ka pa ng La Salle, and call centers accept undergrads, so no problem ka on that aspect. Good luck :)

I have to agree that the salary in an online tutorial center is far lower than that of a call center.
Pero when I decided to work in this kind of company, I was glad because I wouldn't be talking to different strangers every 5 minutes and repeating lines for 8 straight hours day in and day out.
I could even surf the internet in my spare time and talk to my co-workers when there weren't any students.
Basically, the environment in this kind of company is much liberating and relaxed than that of a BPO center.
Anyway, if you're looking for convenience go for Online Tutorial.
But if you're after the pay, then call center is the way to go.
Personally, I would choose the former.
Also, I'd like to add that not all online tutorial centers pay on an hourly basis.
I was payed a fixed salary with attendance allowance and ATC allowance in my former company.
But be wary kase iilan lang ang matinong online tutorial centers dito.

This is really sad... I really hope that these people will start treating us with respects.
especially with the Aircon issue, mainit na nga sa bansa natin,..
and i heard na they are reallly unprofessional..
sad ang dami pa naman nila dito.

mukhang wala kang future dito. i tried it here, i thought maganda at mas malaki pera, so nagpunta ako dun sa EFLG (ba yun?) yung located sa 2045B tektite, pagpasok ko sa loob, madilim ng konti, mukhang hindi office yung dating. tapos yung workstation may malaking haranng in between ng stations, at ang sikip... mainit pa...
nagapply ako online pati dun san nuengyule at iba pang company with the same business... buti na lang di ako nagpursue, super baba ng sweldo dito.. hays

Just an advice, if you're planning to try, think twice... ^^

well, pay is not good, no career-growth.... no benefits... *** hmo namin, kami pa nagbabayad... tapos kami lang ang covered, then if you want to add a dependent, you have to pay for it too.... and lastly, the main reason is they're not paying our sss, philhealth, and pag-ibig... and most of the Korean company's that i know are not paying...

I think I backread its 18k for Online ESL TEACHER. But you have to pass the UNPAID 4day training. When PROBI they pay 13k. Regular is 18k. You can have early regularization when they see you as an asset or doing good. They have 2 shifts too. early morning 5am/ afternoon shift 2-3pm
