Hi. I'm 19 years old and an incoming 3rd year student at DLS-CSB. But unfortunately, I cannot enroll next term due to some financial problems my family's going through right now:( ... So I've decided to get a job while I'm on LOA at school.

I thought of working as a call center agent. Particularly Teletech or People Support.

I'm good with communication and computer skills. And I'm willing to work shifts.

I'd like to know the process of the exam and interview... I'm kinda nervous 'coz it's going to be my first time to apply!:depressed:

Though I'm an undergrad, what are the chances that I get in?
How much is the basic salary?

Please share! Thank you so much!

Hi, im from 24/7 Customer. We are located in Makati. Why don't you try to apply here. We offer competitive salary and accept undergrads as long as you have completed your 2nd year in college.

We have a dayshift account for the CSR post (telco company in Australia) and if you are a technical person, we have a technical account(ISP account.

Regarding the recruitment process, you will go through initial interview, series of examinations(grammar, vocabulary, listening comprehension, technical and customer service exams). The exams are very easy mostly multiple choice.

If you pass the examination, you will be endorse for the final interview.

If you are interested, you may drop by our recruitment office at the G/F MJ Plaza 106 Valero St. Salcedo Village Makati.

Hopefully you could apply :)

Can a minor apply in a call center?

No; this would go against Labour Laws.

wow, ang bibilis mag recruit ng mga toh ha! when oppurtunity knocks nga naman!

@chocomonster

Where do you live ba? My suggestion to you is take a job near your area so that if you decided to study while working it'll be a lot easier kse most call centers have one year bond so you'll be paying the company if you resign within the 1 yr bond period.

About the hiring process, all you need is confidence! Always remember to land in a call center job you need 99% lakas ng loob 1% English skills. May kilalal nga ako ala janina magenglish natanggap sa CC:rotflmao:

^ Thank you, thank you! hehe =)

I'm from Paranaque. I'm really considering TeleTech 'coz its the nearest to us. Lalo na kung graveyard shift ako, katakot kasi mag commute eh..

I'd like to try 24/7 as well but I heard they don't accept agents without atleast 6 months cc experience.. :(

What if there's a parental consent?

What if there's a parental consent?

Even. The premise here is that minors should not be working.
