- canadians over americans (american moms are sweet and blacks are somewhat funny although mahirap intindihin)
- brits are very kind and formal
- ala pakong exp with aussie clients
- hispanics are pretty much amenable compared to white americans if you know how to speak their language, in fact i enjoy talking to these people
- french people are the best to talk with, para kang nililigawan, alang reklamo sa katawan

Based from my experience...

I like talking to black american women..they are funny and I don't know it's just fun speaking with them.

Next would be hispanics, they're fine with me and never encountered any irate callers from they during my stint in the call center world.

Old american people are nice too but yeah it kills your aht.

I hate speaking with whites the most, specially those between 30's-40's. All my irate callers come from these age group.

British callers, I think I got 1 or 2 calls only during my stay, yeah they are polite and courteous.

And haven't got any chance to speak with aussie customers.

Not really a big fan of Americans, unless if it's from Texas. Way too thoughtful, even when "irate" ("You know darling, I think you should give me your good supervisor now. Please.")

British. Yeah, very polite and formal.

Canadians are also cool but very particular with postal code ("It's not zip code my friend, it's postal code."). Ah, whatever.

Australians are pretty hard to understand. But in most instances they "help" you with the issue ("Do you want me to clear my cache and cookies and see if that will work?").

Oh, Mexicans. Those jolly people!

most southerners are like this... kahit tipong umuusok na tenga, kalmado pa rin at di nawawala *** "darling or sweetie"... hehe

Canadians are cool. "Look i'm not angry at you and i dont want to shout. Just tell me what these are..."

British. Polite and formal. "That's haytch for hotel... and zed for zoo..."

So far wala pa naman akong aussie call.
