Tanong ko lang po? Ano ho ba ang recommemned niyong CC sa mga bagito? Yung bang tipong di masyadong toxic. Tsaka yung ayos yung training. May kaibigan (newbie) kasi ako nakapasok sa isang CC diyan sa Alabang kaya lang natraumatize kasi super toxic pala yung account. Kaya ayun nagka phobia na mag apply . Hope you guys can give advice on this matter. Thank you and God bless you all!

recommended? go for the best and high paying companies. life is short. Call center jobs (the nature) are all the same... they mirror each other. So get the best deal... you don't want to look back after 1 or 2 years saying "damn, i could have used those years to save much or to move up to a better position rather than being stuck here because i refused to accept the challenge."

^^^Hey hey hey mistermoonlite, it's you again.
May idea yata ako kung saang call center and account nakapasok friend mo a. :naughty: If I am right, I just wanna share that I felt the same thing when I was a newbie back then. Well it's history and now I'm back to my happy self. ;)
I suggest for newbies, try applying in travelling accounts (ewan tama ba?). I have a friend who's also a newbie and she's working in a travel account where they book customers to hotels and stuff. It is also in alabang (*hint: it's in front of mcdo) and from her stories she's happy and contented right now, very far from what I felt back then. *okay*

wag ka maghanap ng call center na madali trabaho kc wala pera dun. ^_^ go for the high paying ones at yung mahirap makapasok para ndi pangit environment. hehe.

Ok nga daw sa 24/7. Maganda ang feedback sa company na ito. Kaya lang part of the qualification nila ay you should have 6 months cc experience. Puede ba ang mga newbies dito?
