hi good day to everyone...


what are the necessary steps to do when you need to interview a company????

-interview meaning->you want to confirm an information regarding their processes from the company.

what do you do???
-call,e-mail,fax the HR????
-how would we know the appropriate person to talk to???
-how often should we foll0w up the matter???

how long would it take them to reply to our request???

Best that you first call up to ask regarding the contact person.

Then visit the company, armed with a formal request letter to the contact person.

And bring a copy of your questions for them to determine if the information they have (or those that you need) can be provided.

Follow up only if they say you can do so. There is no hard and fast rule when they can reply to your request (whether positive or otherwise).

it also will depend if the information that you are requesting is proprietary and/or confidential.

best to give them a heads up by giving your request in writing to the appropriate person (usually the HR or PR guys).

never ever pop in their office without an appointment
