Based on our current openings, we need people with working experiences already. However, we have kept your resume on our active pool for future references. If we have an opening that matches your qualifications and skills, then we'll call you right away.
I encourage you to register through our online resume database as well so we could have your online profile in case our clients would request for a certain type of skill set for their requirement: http://www.microresumes.com/candidates/register.asp

Hi, I understand that this company is doing a one-day process of recruitment. I have a friend who applied last Friday (10am) and was scheduled for final interview the same day at 9pm. I just dont know if he has a JO already. I also applied there last Fri (2pm) and was asked to wait for the call this coming week for the final interview.
Will they still call you even if you didnt pass? anyone from microsourcing please reply.. thanks :)
