Hi guys. It's been a long time since I last posted here. This might be the right venue where I can air out some complaints from my Duty Free friends. I swear, numerous bosses from the said company including the agencies they work with practice "POWER TRIPPING".

Before I tell you their stories...Does anyone know:

MONICA RUFFY - DFP Manager Terminal 1.
***apparently, this manager asks any employee she sees to park her freakin' car even if the employee's position is supervisor, etc. When she doesn't get what she wants, she demotes people. That is so BS!

Nakakapanginit ng ulo. Get a driver! Park your own car! Hindi porke't manager ka you treat your rank and files that way. I am also a manager and I'm friends even with our facilities!

You may have a different story...please feel free to post it here or any of your friends who is a PEX member. But with the bad rep you are getting...I don't know what will happen to you.

Can we do something with this situation? I've got 40 views but no replies. :(

no... so far one sided ang kwentong barbero na ito.

and if you have a grievance against your management, take it up with them directly.

character assassination involving anonymous posts are not credible- any cowardly jologs could fabricate a sob story and post it any forum.

Mr. c0Rinthian,

Kwentong barbero? My first reaction was: LOL. Please note that I posted that I am also a manager (in a different industry though) and if your interpretation with my post is "character assasination" that I disagree.

"Cowardly jologs" - Moderators, pexers know me personally way, way back. I don't think I fit the description of your label.

My purpose for posting my friend's grievances is to ask for help. Nothing else. We are very much willing to set up a meeting with any pexer who could assist us.
If you don't wanna help, that's fine. Just DO NOT JUDGE ANYONE HERE. It already came from you: no... so far one sided ang kwentong barbero na ito. --- for all I know, hobby mo lang mag-bash ng mga posts.

Need to get more evidence perhaps a secret video footage just like what is done on Investigator, XXX or Tulfo.

She should have No escape for any accusations if you have sufficient evidence. And this will be reviewed by the company's ethics.

bakit, hindi marunong mag-"No!" *** mga taong nagsusumbong sa iyo? all else fails pde naman sila tumakbo - kunwari late sa meeting etc.

kasi, except for manok00's suggestion or affidavit nung mga inutusan niya na gagamitin mo as you raise this up to IT's (hindi tao, hindi hayop) superiors, not much can be done about this.

once you have that, this person may be subjected to disciplinary action (kunwaring reprimand down to suspension - hindi naman kasi nakamamatay nung style niyang bulok).

we only have your word that you are a manager, and the label "cowardly jologs" was not directed at you- it was directed at people who tend to subject their grievances via a publicity stunt (like posting in a public forum) instead of airing their grievances (if at all valid) through the proper channels.

all the information you provided is only hearsay until such time that your friend's claims can be substantiated by factual data (incident reports, etc)

whining over an injustice over a public forum, hoping that someone will take note and initiate some action- is simply stupid.

Hiding behind an anonymous username, while posting the real name of a presumed antagonist is cowardly.

If you really want to help, file a complaint on behalf of your friend- don't whine about it here.

Thank you for your suggestions POPSKY & MANOK00. Actually if I'm really not busy with my own work, I'd go to my friend who works for Inquirer and ask my friend ABS-CBN reporter to create a story about this...

Corinthian,

I'll just get tired of reading your outrageous opinions. But feel free..this is a message board anyway.
