I am familiar with Hyder and some colleagues have moved over there during the hiring frenzy they had a couple of years ago. I must say that their compensation package is above average industry level thus even some senior people I know from different companies moved over there. I am not aware though if they are currently hiring.
By any chance what discipline and what level you are looking for in Hyder?

actually this is more of a general question... like what are the career opportunities they have there if they are indeed hiring... also, i'm interested on their workplace environment... thanks!

i agree hyder's compensation package is a little above industry level. they give punctuality (1k) and attendance bonus (3k) a month. that means you get an additional 4k a month aside from your basic salary and other bonuses.
before, there was a pizza party every end of the month. now, no more. you get to join sports tournaments with fellow employees. :D

Yup! maganda tlaga tong company na 2! sa enterprise nakalocat yung ofc nila. I was interviewed as IT sana ** dati pero d na ata ako na shortlist. sayang. ok sana **.
