yung cousin ko kase nag resign before ny naayos yung itr nya. she's asking me kung ano dapat gawin. i obviously know nothing about this. if she files for it herself, may penalties na ba? does she HAVE to do it?

kulang ang information mo. kailan siya nag resign anong month and year?

kung nag resign siya sa gitna ng taon kailangan niyang kumuha ng BIR form 2316 sa kanyang former employer. kung lumipat siya to another employer in the same year she has to file her income tax on or before April 15 of the following year. she has to file on her own because she had more than one employer in the tax year.

it would seem ridiculous if we have to, so i'm guessing we don't.
