HP application process

how long does hp process your application? i applied in our university job fair on first week of feb. got an exam and interview on feb 25. 2nd interview on april 3. 3rd interview on april 4. then just last week, june 11, got a call from them. she sort of interviewed me and then asked me who last interviewed me. i said i couldnt remember. hello.. it was more than 2 months ago. then she said "i look forward to our next conversation". i wonder how long that would take. so adding these up. my application is almost 5 months already. hmm u think i still have a chance?

Actually i did apply na dun s parang job bank/database nila pero wala **** response eh...

may email add ka ba nung Hiring Manager nila? pahingi **** po please...

i didnt specify any position. i just applied as a fresh grad sa job fair namin sa school. wala kong email e, sorry. just phone num. but i think sa hr yun.

Hindi yun sa HR. Most probably, number yun nung team leader. Yung mga HR peeps daw ng HP (ayon sa friend ko), hindi hiring ang inaasikaso eh. Yung hiring is done mostly by team leaders.

UST ka ba? Feb din kasi yung job fair nila samin eh. Hehe. Dun din ako nag-apply. After the fast-track interview nung Feb, I took their exam last March & it was followed by an interview on the same day. Then, interview by the hiring manager last April. But I sadi I'm not yet ready to work kasi magrereview pa ako for the board exam. Nung tinanong ako kung kelan ako pwede i-contact ulit, I told them mga November para tapos na ang board exam ko. So ngayon, hindi na nila ako kino-contact. I just dunno kung tatawagan pa nila ako sa November. If ever hindi, re-apply na lang ako.

I am not sure kung naimpress mo nga sila. Kung oo, then tatawagan ka ulit nun. Kung hindi man, you can re-apply pero sa different hiring manager or different department/division na. Kung may friends ka inside HP, magpasubmit ka sa kanila ng resume. Ang alam ko maraming ganun eh--mga referrals.;)

yep, nagpasubmit na ako e. kaso walang tumatawag e. although nung last interview ko (3rd interview), sabi ng interviewer "we'll just call u for more interviews". tapos ngayon wala parin.
