ei! i was 4 months pregnant when i applied for a csr position at eTel Libis. they don't actually mind if an applicant is pregnant as long as the person is able to work and would accept the risks of working in a very toxic environment. but don't worry, since you're pregnant (i assume that you are since you asked about this :)), they would put you in dayshift. i loved working there. the people were very understanding, specially my trainor and tl. whenever i had a problem with my pregnancy (spotting), they always made it a point that i was comfortable. on my 7th month of pregnancy, i had several instances of spotting and one time i wasn't able to go to work. i only gave my tl a call and she was the one who filed for my emergency leave. even called/texted me regularly to check how i was doing. I wasn't able to go back to work because i gave birth on my 8th month. Again, my tl went out of her way to file for a maternity leave for me. I came back 72 (or was it 78 days) later. People there were really understanding of my situation. Although i didn't get any maternity assistance since i wasn't regularized that time, their support and understanding were enough.

i don't work there anymore since i opted to work in a cc nearer my place (to be near my son) but i would always be thankful for everything they've done for me. i do love the people there...my job 2...if only they'd have an office near my place, i would definitely go back! :bashful:

(i heard my trainor and tl transferred to shaw...the agents there are so lucky to have them...but you need not worry if you're nearer libis and choose to apply there...Shaw or Libis, MABABAIT ang mga tao sa eTel... *okay* )
