ACS - one of the team leader there sucks..

one of the team manager at ACS sucks.. he's not a good and effective team leader.. imagine when i first hired as a CSR at US Airways account he never introduce us to the team.. you cant approach him and he doesn't know how to answer all the questions that you have in mind.. that's why we decided to resign.. ACS is good but not that team manager..
