Anyone working in Local call center Banks i.e. Metrobank, BDO and BPI?

Hi guys, I was able to read one of the thread here and as I understand it, there are local banks like BDO, Metrobank and BPI contact centers have starting salary of more than 20K plus the benefits of a banker (i.e. 16th pay).... If you are working in these local call center banks, or have an idea... pls post a reply and kindly give info. thanks much:)

I THINK METROBANKCARD SERVICES (CALLCENTER)
IS "EXCLUDED" from the list of callcenter banks
na nagbibigay ng magagandang benefits.

Not unless you are in the IT. (for METROBANK)

BDO & BPI are I believe .... the competetive callcenters,
when it comes to basic/benefits... & ang alam ko


BPI yata yung may 100k bond.

And BDO pirates HSBC agents, & offers double the salary that they get from HSBC. This happened daw in HSBC ORTIGAS.,
kasi nga naman yung HQ ng BDO tabi lang ng PODIUM, na tapat ng HSBC Discovery sa Ortigas, kaya naman madaling makapirata ang BDO.

do you have any idea if it is indeed more than 20k? How about queue? are there lots of calls in local bank call centers?

most likely... queuing siya. I think BDO offers the highest ..
rate & GOOD BENEFITS, yep i think so they offer that to
TENURE AGENTS... 20plus salaries. Compared sa BPI kasi
nga may bond pa BPI.

ang alam ko BDO, hiring sila ***** e.. punta lang sa may Mandaluyong but you need to have at least 6 months experience as a call center agent preferably sa credit card account... let me know kung madali ba pumasok if mag-aaply kayo ha? tnx:)

nasa mandaluyong ang office ko...try ko magpunta...but i need to know the exact place...i read somewhere na maganda nga daw ang offer nila...hopefully maganda nga...*peace**peace*

i have a former officemate who transfered to BDO IT helpdesk.

gusto ko dun kasi 8 to 8 lang ang sched. weekend off.

malaki na din ang sahod kasi ang bonus nila upto 16th month ata or more. 20k plus ang sweldo nila as L1 agent and very light daw environment kasi its not a call center, its a helpdesk.

so office people kausap nila.

for the csr posts ng BDO i have no idea. HTH
