Hi. Nagapply po kasi ako sa iba't - ibang call center companies. To name a few: Convergys, APAC and 24/7. Phone interview pa lang, I failed na. You know why? Kasi they do not accept irregular students. Not all but most companies do hire students who finished atleast 2nd year college right? And those companies are good naman. Ano bang magagawa ko eh wala naman kaming enough money to continue with my studies sa ngayon? That is why I am looking for work full time of part time. Kasi everytime they would ask me if I've finished all my 2nd year subjects without back subjects, of course, I said not yet. I don't want to deny in the first place kasi makikita din naman ang proof sa copy of grades or TOR unless you fake the papers diba? But I don't want to do that. I want it clean. I'm honest. So what should I do? Do you have any suggestions on where and to what company best to apply for 3rd year irregular student? Or should I say 3rd year student with 2nd year back subjects? :hmm:
Thanks.

Really? But Sykes ads on Jobstreet shows that it's either Bach Degree or should have finished atleast 2nd year college.

a) pacific hub >>> robinsons equitable tower (near galleria)
b) callcenters sa raffles tower (gold bldg.) in ortigas ave.
c) callcenters in orient square bldg. IN ortigas ave.

ang dami kong kilala na di pa tapos ng second year college but working already dun sa dalawang call center na nabanggit mo..
they dont usually ask for tor..
apply ka ulit sa iba at sabihin mo finished mo na second year college at least.. kaya ka nila di hire dahil baka magdecide ka mag enrol this coming october, attrition un.. sabihin mo nlang sa interview na your not planning to go back to school anytime soon, make them believe that you will stay for at least a year...
