It is currently expanding and for me itech is one of the best call centers around. I used to work with other call centers around makati and ortigas but stint with itech is the longest so far. Team leaders, supervisors and managers from different international call centers are currently transfering to itech due to some notable reasons. Salary and enviroment wise, Itech would top my list.:lol:

starting salary is 10k then plus 1k for every certification, ang increase ay yearly (syempre based on SC ang adjustment). compressed work week (10.5 hours, 2 RD). majority ng shift morning kasi local account pa lang ang meron but i heard nga na may papasok na international accounts. kung galing ka na sa high profile call center at balak lumipat dito, baka hindi ka din mag tagal sa ITECH. but in terms of people and management, ok dito. masaya talaga. medyo palpak lang talaga ang facilities (except that 1:1 ang ratio ng headset dito).

^ bro hiring ba sila ngayon? ilang interview pag dadaanan ko dito? exam ilan din? local account ibig sabihin pure tagalog lang diba? baka kasi mamaya katulad lang to sa pacific hub na sa initial interview palang parang kukutyain na *** english skills.. :(

yup, continous hiring kasi may seat expansion. ganito ang process:
1. typing test (at least 30 WPM)
2. IQ test
3. HR interview
4. call sim (with sup)
5. interview with the sup
6. final interview with the CH

di naman mahalaga un todo accent, minsan kasi may magaling mag english pero wala naman sense ang mga sagot.. o kaya naman call sim pa lang e nagpapakita na ng attitude, bagsak na agad sa akin un kahit gano kagaling ang comm skills.

pafs, sensya na, ngayon lang ako nakapag OL. typical questions lang naman and 1-2 days lang ang process pero pag di ka tanggap, alam na agad kasi sasabihin na ng HR. then minsan they refer applicants sa call center school for a free seminar and they'll let you come back for reassessment. btw, nakapag apply ka ba?

my friend applied here and took a written exam, typing exam on the computer. after the initial interview by the hr she said that she will schedule my friend for a computer simulation exam unfortunately according to her that this guy is not available and that he will text my friends thru his cellphone until now he hasn't received any word from itech. so much for the one day process.

yes, hiring ng part timers, 5 day work week, 2 RD, 5.15 hours ang work. salary and other stuff will be discussed by the HR rep once you're hired. sa full time lang kasi ang alam ko na basic which is 10k.
