Pigsa sa Ulo ni Baby

Hi mga mommies!!!
Yung 10 month old baby girl ko may pigsa sa ulo, siguro 1 week na at parang mahihinog na. Sabe ng lola ko pabayaan ko lang daw kase baka mainfect pag pinakialaman ko. Normal lang ba sa ibang baby ang magkapigsa sa ulo o dapat ipacheck ko sa pedia nya? Feeling ko kase pag pinacheck up ko siya sa pedia nya eh papainumin lang siya ng antibiotic eh naawa ako sa baby ko pagumiinom siya ng antibiotic, sumusuka sya ang panget kase ng lasa. Kaya ask ko lang kung mag nakaexperience na ng ganito sa baby nila.

^ I don't know anything about pigsa, but my son is currently taking antibiotics for ear infection. His antibiotics is bubblegum flavored. Here in the US, you can ask the Pharmacist to add flavor in your child's medicines.

If you feel your pedia is needlessly prescribing antibiotics, why don't you change your baby's doctor?

my daughter's antibiotics is also bubble gum flavored. pediamox is the name and my kids really love the taste.

oo sis, i'd prefer if a doctor gets a look at things like that... para din you'd get to ask what could have brought it about, how you can prevent it, what things you should avoid doing, if there are things you should look out for... tipong ganun...

better see your pedia because its near the brain. it might need minor surgery to remove the pus.

nawala na yung pigsa ni baby, the day na pinost ko 'tong thread na to pumutok na yung pigsa nya tapos after 2 days natuyo na. Pero next time na magkaron uli sya non... ipapacheck ko na sa pedia

hello sororityslut. good to hear na nawala na yong pigsa nang anak mo.

Pero narinig ko from some other moms pabalik balik daw yan. kung ganyan din ang case sa baby mo, don't hesitate to bring your baby to the doctor right away. Kasi yong anak ng pinsan ko they tried to medicate it by themselves yon dumadami tuloy... it needs antibiotic pala kaagad.
