Question lang po, my friend applied here ask ko lang ig ganito **** recruitment process. Training muna before job offer? Almost 9 weeks daw and training. Any feedbacks?

but what are your chances na mabigyan ng job offer? Kasi baka naman your wasting your time on nothing.

i had a really short stint with ePerformax way back in 2006. yes, they have a series of series that you have to go through first... what i went through was 1 week of DIET training and then a week of PST (Product Specs) and then A-bay which is taking calls and then based on your performance, would move you to the regular team.

a lot of the people i had DIET training didn't make PST. depends talaga...pero JO muna kami before going through training...

what's DIET training? do they accept newbies?

DIET, Diction and Intonation Enhancement Training..kung di ako nagkakamali ah, one week lang ito then may exam, if ypu pass the exam PST ka na then OJT na..madali lang naman medyo nakaka kaba lang talaga pag first time mo na sa floor, I was there for 6 months lang yata..di ko nakayanan ang boredom. At first shempre excited ka pa, but as time goes by i felt like i am really bored..medyo nawindang na ako so i resigned..

You should try it out you might like it..iba lang siguro talaga ang gusto kong career.:)
