that building houses the HR for HBAP (the banking side) and some managers are in there too. although meron silang mga sales agents dun, they're not considered a callcenter!

this is the main bank's building. hbap is the group acronym for the hongkong and shanghai banking corporation limited, hsbc in asia pacific's formal name (hindi ginagamit ng group offices sa us, europe, middle east etc ang mahabang pangalan na to). many departments, including the hr, are in here. the rest are at the enterprise center.

meron ding call center for the local phonebanking operations na hindi basta basta pwedeng ipagkatiwala sa hdpp (yung call center) and in-house sales pero isang department lang sya.
