yun call center ng Trend Micro ang pag kaka alam ko 2. isang Aussie Account so pang umaga ang support nila eh mga home users.

the other one is a NortH American support meaning USA. kakausapin mo mga systems admin na tao sa USA na may hawak sa mga enterprise networks.

nag test ako dito and HONESTLY, ewan ko bat ako nakapasa sa hirap maybe they badly needed L1 agents that time.

forever pang gabi ang NA account nila pero the pay is good. ang alam ko IT graduate lang tinatanggap dito since may mga friends ako na commerce course na nag apply di na tinawagan.

but the Aussie account afaik pwded non IT grads.

after one week of training i QUIT. why? kasi i learned na i will be alone training for one month. cant do that mamatay ako sa boredom. they leave me in training room with a thick manual i need to read. a PC and internet access.

the trainer leaves me before my shift and never comes back.

yun isa ko friend na nag work dito after we graduated is now in SG and is a SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR na. he started as a L1 agent din and he eventually worked his way up gaining certifications in IT which later he used to be accepted sa SG.

this is a good company, i know some pa na umasenso ang kaalaman and buhay sa trend micro. pero i guess minalas lang ako and di para sa akin yun.

and oh yun call center nila is like just 20 percent of the company. mostly programing ang ginagawa dito. creating viruses and the anti-virus needed to kill the damn viruses that we know.

ano attire sa TM? may unifrom ba? kasi parang lagi ko nakikita mga employees naka jeans and yung black shirt na may logo ng trend micro.. *parrot*
