I HURT MYSELF... I THINK I HAVE HEAD INJURY...

I got into fight with my boyfriend, and I was so mad that I want to hurt him but I promise to him that I will never hurt him so sa sobra galit ko i punch myself in the head 4x. I keep banging my head at the wall (wood). It happened a week ago... I still got a headaches and I'm kind of dizzy..

I don't know if i got head injury?

Prominent nonspecific symptoms of head injury include, but are not limited to, headaches, nausea and/or vomitting, dizziness, and decrease in sensorium. You should see a neurosurgeon for your problem--you will need to undergo a CT scan of the head (a skull x-ray is not sufficient and will not tell you anything) and then get started on steroids for that. I assume you are from UST--there are a lot of neurosurgeons there.

I used to be from UST... Nasa NJ na ako...
I'm worried to see my doctor because I'm afraid that my health insurance will not cover the test... because of what I did... you know hurting myself...

I just got home from ER.... negative ang CT scan... (THank GOd)

I got *POST HEAD TRAUMA SYNDROME*
