I have an upcoming hearing with our HR Dept. I am working for a Call center, as a TSR and one TL is pushing for my termination.
I am already in another team pero the TL keeps on following up some issues that I have incurred when I was still on her team (5months ago).
To make the long story short, madami po kasing ginawang palpak itong TL na ito at ang buong team namin ay may problema sa kanya dati. Bago lang kasi sya noon kaya madami pa hindi alam about her responsibilities. We wanted to report her incompetencies before kaya lang deadma na lang kasi kawawa naman kung mawawalan ng trabaho.
TO NAME A FEW...
> wrong tagging of login log/out leaving all system issues (CR log out,computer restart) for 3 months UNPAID and this is for the whole team
> 1 MONTH di sumweldo ang team mate ko because the TL escalated wrong suspension
> every time may problema sya sa amin, hindi nya kami kinakausap pumupunta agad sya sa HR to file Incident report
> kahit kailan hindi sya nag coach sa amin
> lagi sya early log out at pinapa edit nya ang log in log out sa ibang TL at nakatambay lang sa labas
> lagi nya minamadali ang mga agents to log out dahil may sundo daw
> lagi syang wala at incomplete lahat ng folder requirements namin
> laging Late so laging walang preshift
> during meetings she doesnt want to listen, may kodigo sya at verbatim binabasa lahat,
> laging mali ang filing nya ng Vacation leave kaya madalas kahit approved ang leaves ng team mates ko plotted pa din ang schedules so required pumasok..
Tech Support kami so medyo issue talaga ang mga ito
Hay naku I could go on and on...
Pero when we were re shuffled, I just charged it to individual differences, so kinalimutan ko na talaga sya...
Last May, I received a letter from HR asking me to explain the issues with regards the case filed by the said TL. It's weak, bad trip lang kasi obvious ang power play.
3 ISSUES she filed are:
Absence on a critical work day
NCNS (No Call no show)
Call avoidance
She reported na I was absent last October, on a critical work day, it was not discussed so technically invalid.
NCNS (Feb) on a day na the sick hotline was changed so there was no way for me to call and again it wasn't discussed.
Call avoidance she labeled as such without verification.
Sa Call center kasi namin dapat may proper escalation, usap muna agent -TL, agent- OpsMngr, agent -SeniorOM, at agent -HCD
that is for every ssue
WALANG GANUNG PROCESS NA NANGYARI, so I was never informed na this will all be used against me, it respectively happened Oct, Feb, Feb. So all of those would most likely be cleared by now.
All those things are lame and will be considered invalid because, all issues happened ages ago, whether I had all the necessary evidence to explain, it is most definitely unavailable by now.
I want to make her look bad. Many people can attest na she is doing it out of spite. She told one of her agents ( na hindi nya alam na friend at kabatch ko)that she will do everything to terminate me.
Meron ba ako pwede gawin about this? Para hindi na nya na ako guluhin after? I can collect witnesses pero ayoko mangdamay...
I dont know if she does this to all my other team mates sa dating team...
My current TL told me na the previous TL sends her messages about my case, asking for her help to give more evidences.
WHAT ELSE CAN I DO?
I was able to explain my side elaborately, pero after this its not fair na ganun na lang yun...:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Teletech ka ano. badtrip ang ganyang TL. wag mo palampasin basta ba di documented dati pa. bakit ngayon nya lang ilalabas ang mali mo e di dapat nung under ka pa nya di ba? ibig sabihin incompetent sya kasi pinalagpas nya ng matagal bago ifile ang case mo sa HR. yun ang panlaban mo e, di ba walang due process kasi di man lang ikaw na coach about the incidents that are being charged to you. e ngayon na di ka na under sa kanya saka ka pa habulin...lakas din ng apog nyan ah. stand firm dude...kung kampihan sya ng HR, bastusan na yan dapat sabihan ng HR na dapat nung under ka pa nya tinira at di ngayon na wala ka na sa kanya. gawin mong witness yung ka-batch mo...hehehe pero hearsay ata yun.

She's tryng to set a precedent. Kapag nagwagi sya, she becomes the force to reckon with making her untouchable. She wants everybody to know that nobody messes with her. Sadly, ikaw ang kanyang lab rat. Poor you.

Ask your former team mates to back you up. If they can, let them call We Hear You to send a stronger message.
Prepare your docs.
(Ang di ko lang magets, ang tagal nang nangyari nito, ngayon ka lang nya hinahabol. It somehow gets back at her for not addressing an issue realtime.)

yung pinagsabihan niya na she'll do everything to terminate you, gawin mong witness during the hearing. anything na nasabi niyang masama against you, dapat lumabas iyon and back it up with evidence/witnesses. para lalabas na personal attack na ito sa iyo. yung case nyo last Oct, kung dito iyan sa amin, null and void iyan pag walang ginawa ang TL/Sup/Manager within 2 weeks after na commit yung offense.

well, kung sa teletech yan, AFAIK may shift bid naman sa teletech kaya may chance na makakuha ng ibang sup after a couple of months. :lol:

Mabigat ang Termination as an action. Sa CC namin dati kahit may mga offences that merit termination, ineexercise lang ito as a last resort kung talagang grabe yung offense (with aggravating circumstances). Pero kung sa kaso mo na gray area at parang kulang pa sa ebidensiya, bringing up a termination case against an agent might even be detrimental to the TL doing it.

However, these issues you have against your TL, are they documented? Kasi you should have filed an IR against each of these issues as they happened. Especially the case where agents don't get paid because of an administrative screw up? That aint' gonna fly! Mag resign ka na kung nangyari sa iyo ito as a TL.

I am not the best agent, and if you worked for a call center ng matagal tagal na alam nyo naman siguro yung mga little crap na pwede gawin, na pinapalagpas lang nga mga TL. Badtrip lang kasi yes its in the handbook. If someone will watch you closely she can always find small faults that can be used against you.
Badtrip lang kasi kulang pa sa daliri ng paa at kamay ko ang mga taong mas madami pang outstanding NCNS sa akin, at umaabsent ng walang pakundangan. :angry:
I was never called in by an Operations Manager for anything. I was never called in to answer any issues with regards sa work. Kung i-e evaluate nila lahat ng issue ng nag wo work dun at tatanggalin lahat ng mas malala sa akin, baka lagpas pa sa kalahati ang ma terminate.

average joe lahat ng mga sumunod nyang agents=> 3 ang nag resign, 3 ang nagpalipat ng team ngayon may 5 agents, sya as in lima lang ang nagti tyaga sa kanya. Hindi nga sya nabibigyan ng mga bagong agents kahit na nadadagdagan ang ibang TLs na mas madami pang hawak sa kanya. Kalat naman kasi sa floor and incompetence nya.

She hates me that much kasi araw araw tina track nya log in log out ko at kung maaga ba ako pumapasok, at pinapakinggan nya din calls ko kahit hindi ko na sya TL. My current TL nga told me na lagi nga daw ako kinukumusta kung ok naman daw ako.

Well that is very concerning. I know quite a few TLs who really make it their business to harrass and make their agents' life a living hell. I know *** it feels like to be an agent coz i was once one a few years ago..they shouldn't use their power to oppress their subordinates. I for one think you should lobby this with DOLE if all else fails..

no matter what we say they are in the position. and its sad to note na HCD is giving me the option to wait for termination or to resign. I chose the latter, I am currently working on the resignation letter now.
Sayang wala kasi mga organization ang mga call center para may mapapagsumbungan ng mga ganitong issue. Madaming Labor Code issues ang vague eh kasi di applicable sa Call Centers.
Dati kasi HR will convince employees to stay ngayon, they dont care. The previous HR who handled the case, binasura ang kaso so many times, kaya tuwing nag follow up ang TL lagi sya nag photocopy ng lahat lahat. Ngayon iba na may hawak bago lang so todo follow ng due process. Sa dami ng kasong hawak HCD mauubos agents sa amin.
Heheh at least sa next work I will be inspired to strive for higher position.
Kaya lang may 30 day notice kami eh so malamang 30 days pa ako pasok

Yeah, good luck to you. If it weren't for my friends for years at TeleTech I would've resigned a long time ago. Politics won't let you climb up the corporate ladder even if you are performing extremely well.
