Is there anyone from PEX working here? I heard they also have BPO accounts. Their office can be found in Philam Life bldg. in Makati City.

they only accept college grads pred with masters degree with 3-5 years callcenter experience and sales. Telesales kasi sila at mahigpit requirement nila. I had an exam sa kanila ang hirap programmers aptitude test. tapos naka 2 interviews. only to find out na di ako pwde dahil di pa ko grad dahil may 10 units ako naiwan sa University. ako pa ang nagsabi. pero ok lang kasi mukhang toxic din *** work dahil di ko macomprehend masyado job description. :lol:

^ Yeah mukhang mataas nga ang standards ng qualification requirements nila. I also heard na mataas din naman ang pay to compensate the degree of difficulty of your work.
Any employee in the house who can shed some light on their compensation package??

Tanggap na ako dito for L1 Support position. Toxic talaga ang selection process sa Misys especially the examination. Nosebleed!! :lol:

Responsibilities:
Responds to requests for assistance from both Internal / External Clients who are experiencing problems with supported operating system and/or hardware
Serve as main link between AllscriptsMisys customers and the data center operations team.
Troubleshoots problems with AllscriptsMisys-supported and non-supported products
Makes decisions on escalation and on-site assistance for any technical issue
Assists other TSS analysts in problem resolution sessions
Documents problem resolutions for reference by team members and clients
Provides solutions to proactively reduce help desk calls
Develops ideas to streamline processes
Coordinates with other internal groups on key projects and initiatives that impact the TSS organization
Provides training initiatives to Technical Support Staff based on new and existing technologies
Assist with call queue management
Requirements:
BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Business or other relevant combination of training and experience
Familiarity with Healthcare IT solutions and Medical office environments
Proven troubleshooting skills
Strong experience in technical support or help desk related services
Strong knowledge of Windows platform
Strong network and TCP/IP knowledge
Basic scripting skills a plus
Mid to High level technical certifications and/or training required (Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix, other)
Able to work as a member of a team
Strong customer service skills
Strong problem solving skills
Solid logic and organizational skills
Good written and oral communication skills
Strong inter-personal skills dealing with USA customers
Walk-in applicants are encouraged to apply. Exam schedules are as follows:
10:00 am to 12:00 nn
1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
