hi all! i work for the blas f. ople policy center which has initiated an online petition to get as many call centers as it can to provide free shuttle service for night shift employees as a non-wage benefit. for those who wish to sign/support this petition, kindly visit http://www.petitiononline.com/ccenter1/petition.html as part of our advocacy, may we know which call centers do provide such a benefit and which centers have yet to do so? this is for the safety of night shift workers who, by nature of your work, need to travel at night and in the wee hours of the morning (where there are hardly any cops in sight) to get to work. once we are able to gather enough signatures, we hope to transmit the petition to the Secretary of Labor and to member-companies of BPAP - the largest association of call center & BPO companies in the country. thanks and God bless!
