Anyone here would like to share how they get their back pay? How long did you wait just to get your back pay? Is it reasonable to wait for that long just to get your back pay?
I'm from telus company at nag resigned ako last month then when I asked our HR about sa back pay at sabi nila after 6mnths ko pa daw makukuha? wtf was that?!! bat ang tagal?

hmm.. that's pretty long.. normally mga 2-3mos lang from the employers i've worked with.. as long as ma-process mo kaagad ang exit clearance mo, once they've received the final papers & cleared ka na from your obligation, 2-3mos lang ang processing. it shouldn't be that hard.. gawd, paalis ka na nga eh.. xD

F**K with Sykes.. imagine this.. I left MAY 6 with clearance all cleared and today is Sept 15th until this very moment I havent recieve my last pay cheque.. Basura talaga sistema nila.. i just called in today sa treasury ang sabi nila wala pa daw sa kanila yung documents coming from payroll, they have stated also na after they recieve it from payroll they need to have another 2weeks to process before it can be released.. they referred me to payroll to follow up, which i think hindi dapat ako ang gumawa nun dapat sila makicoordinate..anyways, Then i called payroll sabi ng payroll nasa system na daw ang name ko however yung naka assigned na gumawa ng computation for my last pay is undergoing training daw they want me to callback by wednesday... damn! pinag pasa pasahan lang naman ako..

question: is it possible that a company will not give you your back pay because you didn't render for 30days service? in short nag immediate resignation ka? according to law, dapat magbigay pa din ng backpay, even nga terminated eh... but why some companies do not give back pays?

Sykes in terms of backpay is the BEST! 1 month notice and I was able to get PHP40,000.00 (worked for a total combined stay of 2 years) and I still have PHP20,000 out of it since last year (may katas pa rin ako ng backpay nila hanggang sa ngayon).
Eperformax is also GOOD! 1 month notice and PHP10,000 since I've only worked for 9 months.

Teletech - 4 months processing
Teleperformance - 1 month processing
Transcom - 2 weeks processing
X company - 1 month processing
I've worked for 4 companies in the last 7 months
I signed 8 contracts in 7months:bop:
I received 50k - backpay
:rotflmao:
How backpay is calculated:
unclaimed salary for the cut-off period:
tax refund:
pro-rated 13th month:
OT, VL, bonuses etc. :
Tips:
If you were employed less than 6 months, you would surely get a tax refund.
If I am to sugest, better not to stay longer than 6 months.
Imagine how much money we waste for the government.
Our tax ranges from 15% to 35%, who can stomach this?:rotflmao:

a prudent HR person will not do this. even in death sa DOLE ang release ng money. then again, baka madaan sa pakiusap. but rule of thumb it will not be released to anyone but the rightful owner.

In the call center I worked for, my last day was Nov. 10, 2008. Hanggang ngayon wala pa rin back pay ko! Susme! Everytime I call them to follow up, laging sinasabi wala pa daw approval ng CEO para ma-release na yun cheke ng back pay ko. So to the CEO, screw you! To those who are curious, the company I worked for is Pacific Connexion in Centerpoint Bldg, Ortigas. So make no mistake na mag-apply sa kumpanyang ito. Marami kabulastugan kumpanyang ito na dapat ma-report sa DOLE, o kaya sa NLRC.

Citibank managers check ang binibigay ng CVG for the backpay and you cannot encash it. its for deposit only. kung wala kang open account i suggest you retain your payroll atm at sa account mo na iyon i-deposit and check. after clearing you can easily withdraw it thru atm or OTC. you have the option to keep the ATM card.

Worked for CVG before starting out as agent & leaving the company as Team Lead after 2 years & 4 months.
Was expecting my backpay to be around 42-45k(tax refund, prorated salary & 13th mo)

Guys Gals... Im from CVG, Nuvali.. Kaya kung taga Laguna ka and you need the money ASAP.. Punta doon sa sinabi ko na place... Ex. Kung ang cheque ay Php 10,000 x 1% = 9,900.00 Net.. I hope this Helped... More Power...
billgates20210
Jan 9, 2010, 12:04 PM
By the way I got my CVG, Nuvali final pay exactly 30 days... Not working days... Siguro dipende sa pakiusap at pag process... Sa akin kasi madali... Sabi ko lang sa HR na sana makaabot kahit pasko o new year pero kung hindi okay lang... kaya gulat ako nung before new year ko nakuha... Dec28 yun.. Kung ide-deposit ko yun sa Banko ko, that will take 3 banking days ( Hindi aabot) kaya pina rediscount ko na lang sa Crossing, Calamba....
