what is it like working in metrobank?

does any one know what it's like working in metrobank? how much do they offer to fresh grads and what is the work environment like? they called me for an interview with their treasury group.

anyway, i came from a bank before, so i can share a little bit of what i know for that department.

treasury handles investments that were placed by customers then the bank (particularly the treasury dept) places those as investments again.

so you can expect deadlines, cut offs, constant call inquiries regarding rates, reports coming from the branches. reports that you will generate, every day, every month, every quarter, semi annually and annually. documentations such as tickets, forms and certificates.
