Anyone here working in phoenix one? I just want to know the compensation and benefits here. I applied for programmer trainee position and they called me kanina for the schedule of the orientation and exam. Ang weird kung para san yung orientation.

Sa makati ako nag exam sa main office nila. About the exam madali lang compare sa ibang companies. Pero based sa sinabi namin mataas talaga ang passing grade nila kc parang magiging scholar ka nila once na nakapasok ka na. If you passed the exam may series of interviews pa daw. This is a great opportunity sa mga fresh graduates and career shifter since kilala ang phoenix one sa IT training.


Yesterday lang ako nag orientation and exam and ttext na lang daw kami about sa result! Baka may nakasabay ako dyan hehe..

May programming po ba yung exam? Wala kasi akong masyadong alam sa programming. Limited lang kasi yung alam ko, pero gusto ko talaga mag-IT.

After nung orientation at exam, interview the same day o titignan muna yung results nung exam bago ma-schedule for interview?

momoko about the exam more on math, meron din taxation and sequence. Walang programming pero merong flow chart pero sobrang simple lang kayang kaya mo!

after the orientation you will know that you will be a scholar of phoenix one, meaning imbes na magbabayad ka sa kanila for training, libre kapag 100% scholarship ang makukuha mo at meaning, di sila tulad ng ibang company na may sahod while training, kasi nga institution sila. the edge is pag naghanap ng tao yung mga company na dumedepende sa kanila, pwede ka nila irecommend at syempre edge yun *** matanggap ka ng mas mabilis. meaning no bond from phoenix one's side. naghahanap lang sila ng trainees kasi masyado malaki demand ng mga companaies na dumedepende sa kanila. correct me if im wrong guys!

by the way, ang tagal ko na nakikita itong thread na ito.

nag exam ako dito last week. typical na aptitude exam ang meron dito na mas madali compared to all professional companies (pls be reminded that phoenix one is INDEED a school rather than a true company).

the training here is masasabing maganda. yun nga lang, sino sa amin ang makakakuha ng "100% scholarship"? i doubt baka isa lang or baka wala pa ngang makapasa for "100% scholarship".

they offer scholarships of different kinds for promotional purposes only. i doubt kung meron makakuha ng training sa kanila for free. you will be trained for 1 and 1/2 months, then "they will send you to their partners para makapagtrabaho na kayo" if you pass all their training.

nasayang ang oras ko rito. "learn before you earn" kasi ang policy syempre kasi school nga lang sila. walang allowance (syempre dapat sa magulang manggagaling ang baon hindi sa school. kailangan ko talaga is yung trabahong masasabi. gusto ko na ma train ako sa kanila while applying a full scholarship program, kaya lang, pamasahe at pang chibog naman ang kalaban ko. i'm having financial issues as of this year kaya di ko afford na umalis nang walang kinikita. my time is running short narin that's why i need a job.

for people with (more than) enough financial funds, ayos na mag train muna kayo dito. sa mga taong olats sa pera, you should consider looking for other companies which will "train you as you earn".

nag-exam ako dito last august, after nung exam sabi nila tawagan na lang daw nila ako... tapos almost 1 week na ala pa rin... tumawag ako sa office nila ng hapon inquire ko lang kung pumasa me or not tapos tumawag daw ako ng morning, kasi yung manager daw ang nakakaalam??? huh?! ayun di na ako tumawag, it only means di ako pumasa hehe... there is no need for me to call the manager...

by the way the original name of Phoenix One is NIIT...

i am a student of phoenix one.. SADLY, this IT training school is a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!

enrolled ako since last year pa up to now, DI PA DIN NAGSTART YUN CLASS na inenrollan ko.. just like haripoter's post na tanungin ko ang manager, walang nangyari... nakakapikon..

sa mga nagaaply naman ng work here, huwag na lang siguro if you want a better career.. napansin ko din kasi na napakabilis ng turnover ng tao. sa dami ng months na naghihintay ng class ko at pag-follow up, ang dami ko nang nakausap sa kanila at ang sinasabi nila eh "wala na dito yun dati mong kausap" so gusto niyo ba na maging isa kayo sa mga former employees nila?

ako nakareceive ako ng txt from phoenix one last feb 5 pinapapunta ako for an exam and orientation.pero nung nabasa ko ito sa pex...naguluhan din ako at di na ako tumuloy sayang kasi pamasahe eh.may tumuloy ba dito guys at nag start na ng software training scholarship program nila?

yea same here. I was about to go there. Has anybody here tried their training? Is it worth it? Maganda ba sila dito magturo or will I be just wasting my time if I pushed through? Ang understanding ko kasi they will train you to become and efficient programmer. Am I correct?

it is a good training ground guys however kung wala kayong ipon, wag nyo na ituloy kasi nga training school ang phoenix one.

but the good news is, after ng training nyo at ojt u will be hired by their partner companies like pointwest, svi etc etc. try nyo sa site nila iba pang partner.

while u are in training wala ka sweldo kasi nga hindi naman sya work, school sya.
