I've been with Sykes for a 16 months now. I have a friend working in Sitel at iniinggit niya ako sa dami ng benefits nila once maregular ka dun? Walang sinabi mga benefits ng Sykes compared to Sitel, and besides Sykes ata ang isa sa mga callceneter na pinakamababa magpasweldo *****. Pero nasasayangan ako, i think matagal na yung 16 months ko dito so kinda impractical na lumipat ako. Maganda na ba ang Sitel (formerly called COntact World and CLientLogic? *****?

I've worked for Sykes for almost 4 years and as compared to my previous and current call center experiences, Sykes is the best in terms of innovation, employee development, incentive programs, people and culture, and facilities. Prior to Sykes, I've worked for COntact World (Sitel) and I have to say it's one of the worst. We don't have QA, no permanent stations, no proper coaching and feedback from support and no incentive program at all and always may discrepancies sa payroll.
I have say, mas competitive ang mga tao sa Sykes kaya when I transferred to my current company...star na star ako...hehehe...ok kasi *** training and upbringing sa Sykes.

I'm a regular at Sitel and i really really really suggest that you stay with ur company. we always lack seats, they removed the incentive program, the coaches are incompetent and unprofessional, politics is so far the worst, and finally, mass termination! really full of CRAP!
