Company with Cerification? Like CCNA or MCP?

May I know, may alam ba kayo na company na nagpro-provide ng certifications like CCNA or MCP and others? Interested kasi ako sa company with these kind of benefits, and for others to know too.

medyo mahirap na CCNA ngayun sa tingin ko CCNA1 v4.0 na sila di na sila 3.1 :D (alam nyo na yun kung bakit mahirap magic) MCP nanghihinayang ako dahil di ako nakapag exam ng MCP sa school pero sa tingin ko madali lang yang MCP basta proficient ka lang sa pagamit ng microsoft products.
