ok lang yang, you're still new.. adjustment period is usually six months. just make sure na kahit na mabagal ka, tama naman yung ginagawa mo. after all, pag na short ka, ikaw ang magbabayad, not your coworkers.
a tip: when i first started out, i got myself a bundle of 20's and with that i practiced piece counting at home. it worked for me. hope that helps. best of luck!

For about two - months, your boss doesn't expect you to have that much impact in your transaction. Just keep in mind that QUALITY is still better than QUANTITY especially your handling money. Always stay focus in your work and be OPTIMISTIC!
Hope that will help you! By the way, from what bank are you?

Two months ka pa lang. It is understandable kung medyo mabagal ka pa mag transact. You're still in the stage of familiarizing your major tasks. Always remember, be careful in everything you do. People used to think tellering is an easy task, but it's not. Though comparing to other positions in the bank, tellering is the easiest. You may also try some techniques that you might think can make your work easier....
