1.) Network Engineer (VOICE)
You’re a technologically savvy professional, who loves interacting with people and thrives on solving complex technical issues. That makes you the ideal candidate for this position, where you’ll work with global teams and customers to identify, isolate, troubleshoot and resolve PBX/IPX alarms in a multi-vendor technology Nortel/NEC TDM/IPT environment. This includes providing trouble ticket receipt, handling, generation, fault isolation, remote fault correction, dispatching, and tier 1 technical support.
We’re looking for a flexible professional who’s sensitive to the practices of other cultures and has a Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications or electronics. Certification or experience in PBX/IPX installation and maintenance, database configuration, T1, DTI, and BRI/PRI is also required. Knowledge of network switches and routers, firewalls, VPN, MS Office, Nortel/NEC products, Option 11 to 81C, Succession, BCM, Norstar, CallPilot, Symposium, 2000, 2400 and VoIP/IPT technologies is essential.
2.) Network Engineer – Senior
Our ideal candidate is an able leader with the drive to deliver results. We’re also looking for excellent conflict-resolution, negotiation, communication, and customer-service skills; English proficiency; the ability to thrive in a fast-paced 24/7 environment and analyze order activities, trending and root causes; and the following education and experience:
a bachelor’s degree in engineering (computer/telecommunications), computer science or information technology, or equivalent
at least one professional-level Cisco certification in good standing
8-10 years’ progressive technical experience
solid experience with Cisco ISR routers, Catalyst switches, Call Manager
You’ll also need advanced knowledge of:
LAN/WAN concepts (including wireless LAN)
IP telephony and common network security practices/standards/troubleshooting
implementation and Avaya IP telephony or Nortel IP telephony solutions
TCP/IP, RIP, OSPF, BGP, Frame-Relay specs, ATM specs, ISDN specs, MPLS, VLAN switching, WLAN, security/firewalls, VolP, and DNS
3.) Network Engineer – Specialist

We’re also looking for excellent analytical, technical, problem-solving, organizational, presentation, communication, and customer-service skills; English proficiency; the ability to thrive in a fast-paced 24/7 environment and drive/delver results; and the following education and experience:
a bachelor’s degree in engineering (computer/telecommunications), computer science or information technology, or equivalent
5-7 years’ progressive technical experience
You’ll need solid knowledge of:
LAN/WAN concepts (including wireless LAN)
IP telephony and common network security practices/standards/troubleshooting
layers 1/2/3, with the ability to troubleshoot advanced data products
