I think Sykes. Because I kept on coming back there. It's my third (hopefully) turn actually. And what I can say is that I am satisfied, but then it depends on the account that you're gonna land. Culture is great, benefit-wise, friendly people, and most of all you'll learn a lot. I really wish that my return this season will come into success.

di na kailangan ng referral pumunta ka nalang kung saan call center mo gusto tapos walk in ka. wouldnt make a difference kung matatanggap ka o hindi pag may referral, unless ***** boss yung mag rerefer syo. hehehe.
basta the top 3 for me 1) Sykes 2) Convergys 3) Etelacare
mukhang ok din yung HTMT.

sykes is the first BPO company here in the Philippines... followed by eTelecare, people support, convergys, ict and the list goes on...
i've been in the call center industry for over 6 years now... so i have heard stories, feedback from friends who've been call center jumping in the last couple of years. i can say that sykes is a good company to work for if you're not after a high salary. their culture is really good.
as for convergys, too much politics. salary is competitive compared to other BPOs like teletech, ict, west... but it's not always about the money, y'know.
eTelecare's training is exceptional. when the call center industry was just starting, most of the uppper management from all centers in the philippines (manila, cebu, baguio) came from etel.
but if you're only after a high paying "call center" job, then i suggest you try applying at in-house/captive sites of international banks (that has a call center dept that takes care of their cs/sales/collection needs) like jpmorgan chase, deutsche, aig & hsbc. chevron can also match the compensation packages of the banks that i just mentioned but it still depends on your experience and skill set.
it's much harder to get into non-3rd party, in-house companies such as the banks mentioned though due to strict requirements and risk issues (if you have a bad debt i.e. delinquent loans/credit card or mobile phone payments). but was once you're in, your salary from the 3rd party call centers might just be doubled due to high basic package, allowances, monthly incentives, quarterly bonuses and appraisals.
bottomline, captive sites ALWAYS pay more. they can add as much as 5-10K from your previous employer's rate depending on your CC experience and skills.

actually even more... i know someone, an agent from one of those captive sites who was offered 8k more than his old base pay from a 3rd party call center, and gets about 9k monthly on comms and around 3k for allowances. that still doesnt include the night diff. so now that im thinking about it, he gets about 27k more than he used to get!... and that's agent level =)

although, since you're a fresh grad, just expect that your rate may not be as high as those with years of call center experience already. compensation packages in some companies vary depending on the skill set and experience. but im still sure that entry level rate in in-house sites are still higher than 3rd party centers.
hope this info helps!
good luck in your job hunting! =)
