Hi guys anyone from this company? I'm planning to apply tomorrow, can you give me some details like how much is their basic pay,or what accounts do they have, etc. Your replies would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

pagkatapos po ba ng final interview e job offer agad? kasi po eh sabi nila tatawagan pa daw ako. sana sinabi na lang nila na i didn't pass for final interview kasi hirap yung umasa. sabi nila kasi start na ng wave 4 sa monday. tumatawag ba talaga sila for the job offer? thanks po

The TECH acct that we have open is for the ITO Helpdesk. 27k is the basic, plus allowances. For the other accts, starting is around 14k-17k depending on the experience. If you have questions about ACS, please refer to the other thread. Thanks.

I had my Initial interview and exam more than 3 weeks ago with ACS.
I was supposed to have my final interview but someone from ACS called me and cancelled it.He said that they are having trouble with their final interview schedule and they will just re schedule my final interview.It has been more than 3 weeks now...almost a month of waiting.My friend who was with me that time already got hired.How come I never received a call from them? I tried calling ACS and I was informed that their recruitement for the Technical helpdesk position is currently on hold and they will contact me as soon as they re open the position that I applied for.I am worried that they might just ignore my application...Hope that wont happen.I am still waiting for their call.Sad thing is that, they could have informed my application status....I've been waiting for their call.
I really want to work here.This is my dream job!

ang sabi pwede naman daw undergrad ewan ko lang kung pwede wala call center experience. ako kasi undergrad pero meron call center experience pero nun nag apply ako sa jobstreet "unsuccessful" ako eh...hehehe....
try mo pa din o kaya try mo din sa dell, nun nakapasok ako sa dell wala ako call center exp at undergrad pa at naka 1yr din ako dun.

What I know is they require a year or more of technical/helpdesk support call center experience. I heard from an applicant that he was rejected for the post because he only had like 10 months of call center experience. But they accept undergrad peeps.

There's none on the BPO side as well. Normally, we process from within. So if ever there's an opening on the BPO/call center vertical, then we get internally.

This would be for the new program that we have. Its not techincal at all - just customer service. :)

Hindi ba't may isa nang thread for this? Anyway, i passed their tests and interviews and just waiting for their call again for the contract signing within this week. Medyo matagal talaga ang hiring process nila. I don't know why. But if you get into their tech account, it's worth the wait naman.

medyo matagal din. I applied for an IT helpdesk support post on the 3rd week of december. I passed their written and oral english exams. Then was advised to wait 2-3weeks for the initial interview because the interviewer assigned for the post was on vacation. So first week of january came in, and got a call from them and scheduled me for the initial interview. Waited for two days and got a call again informing me that i passed and that they'll be patching a call from UK that same week (which was thursday of the same week) then missed a call friday so they called me up saturday and told me that i passed. This week, i'm waiting for their call again for the job offer and contract signing. About the offer, i just heard that they give good pay for technical posts, but i have no idea about the exact figures as i have yet to see the contract.

i would also like to add that better watch mr bumatay's action dahil sa dell ginagawa niyang bahay ang opisina and his former team sa dell eh hindi marunong magtroubleshoot. yan ba ang ang team manager doesnt even know how to follow the policies and procedures!

I had already my interview with the UK service operations Adrian but I guess I failed the interview due to the fact that I can't start of that quick with ACS meaning I can't resign right away. Even Adrian is asking how soon can I start but I can't give him a clear answer. I tried to check my status with Jessel and thats what she told me, but then what she said is that she will reconsider my application if there's anyone who will back out on the first batch. Do you think it will be better for me to re-apply or just follow this up with Jessel?

I have same experience with you dude. I applied before the holiday season and got a call last first week of Jan, tapos na din me sa UK interview pero hanggang ngayon wala pa ring balita...sinabe ba nila sayo kung pasado ka...wala pa raw kasi silang listahan ng pumasa at bumagsak eh so di ko pa rin alam kung pumasa ako or bumagsak. oh, btw, update:
the other last week was the week i got the phone patch, then got another call from jessel after 3 days ('twas saturday) and that they're preparing the contract. Then came wednesday of last week, i got a call from Migs asking me if i'm available by the 19th for training, and so i said yes. Then just yesterday, i got a call around 7pm from him again, telling me to go to their office for the job offer and contract signing. And tomorrow will be my first day of training. Ang nakakainis lang, biglaan ang tawag nila. Buti na lang, i was just staying at home that time, but actually has a plan to meet up my partner. Then when i was there na, omg, we waited several hours just for the contract signing (9p was the call time and finished before 12mn). Biruin mo yun? Buti na lang, my partner never got bored dahil dala namin yung mga shihtzus namin at yun yung inaasikaso niya.

bad trip talaga....sabi ko kasi di me pwede mag simula agad eh gawa ng tali pa ako sa company ko and it will take time before my resignation appears to be effective....pre baka pwede mo PM sakin offer nila...im still weighing their med benefits kasi concern ako...with my current company covered *** family ko at no extra expense...sa ACS ba?

yung medical benefits ng department namin will start a month from our start date, and dependents are not covered for free, other accounts/departments can get the medical benefits after regularization (6 months). But the HR said that they're currently working on covering the dependents for free daw. I'd say, that, if you're concerned with your family's medical coverage, stick to your current company muna.

was put on hold regarding my application status for 3 weeks hoping that they will be giving me a call during that time frame as they have promised but received none. got to call recruitment yesterday and was told that the tsr post has already been filled up.
when it comes to professional courtesy, their recruitment team fails the standard by a mile. i was even told yesterday that i did pass everything but unfortunately i will not be offered me a contract.
i speak for those who were promised hope but received rejection instead.

26k-28k ang basic ng tech.. hindi porke una ka nag apply una ka maiinterview... sinasala talaga nila lahat ng applicant depende sa nkikita nilang potential. Ayaw nila ng may attitude problem kahit gano ka pa ka galing. Minsan natatagalan sila tumawag pero dahil un sa napaka hands on ng clients na foreigners so lahat ng results finoforward sa kanila. When I applied 1 day lang then the next day client interview then contract signing after 3 days. Just bear in mind, u need to have atleast 1 1/2 tech support experience and most of all, although your experience and your test results count, what counts the most is your attitude.

may available positions pa ba dito for TSR or wala na? ano pa po bang available positions dito? may diskarte ba dito para mabilis maprocess at hindi na kailanganin maghintay ng ilang weeks para matawag? Gusto ko sana magwork dito pero medyo kelangan ko na makasecure ng contract from a company at the moment **** matagal pa ang actual start date.

What are you saying man? Attitude? That's not the point. The point was the process. If it's an isolated case, maybe you have some grounds to work on but there have been may testimonials about the whole recruitment process especially with the tsr account. If you got in because of your "attitude" then I salute you. Just don't take away the fact that a lot of us had the same experience with the recruitment team. Got the point?
For your information, I was told that I was still on their pool. It's just that the tsr account has stopped hiring for the mean time. Before you scratch-off somebody else's back, don't forget to do the same thing on yourself...first. Stop being so naive man!

that's also what i was told by my friend... may discrepancies daw sa pasahod. but i don't know, hindi pa ako sumasahod, new hire eh. hehe.
yes, ACS MOA is different from the Advanced Contact Solutions. tsaka based from our orientation day, ililipat na daw yung mga based sa RCBC, though i dont know the date when.

Tingin ko Advanced Contact Solutions ang sinasabi nito. Kasi yun ang ACS na puro ganyan ang issue e. Affiliated Computer Services po yung ACS dito sa MOA. And so far, wala pa kong dinispute dito regarding sweldo.

nice to know. Kasi, sabi nun HR nung dumaan sa training room namin nung thursday ay inaasikaso pa daw ng accounting at di pa daw sure kung kaya. Pero maganda kun start na sa feb24 yung bi-weekly payout. Sa ITO department ka din?

the ACS in MOA is Affiliated Computer Services of the Philippines, yep its true na 20k++++ ang sahod pero sa ITO dept. un di ako sure sa call center side nila... As for the salary dicrepancy, I've been to the company for about 4 months na and so far wala pa naman ako na-encounter na discrepancy (yun nga lang malaki talaga TAX!) :rotflmao:

ah ok ACS as in Affiliated Computer Services pala akala ko naman ACS as in Advanced contact solutions...hehehe kasi yun yung unang callcenter ko eh dami nga lang discrep dun kaya ako umalis tsaka sobra politiks eh...pero pano po ang sistema ng interview nung sa moa? any feedback will be appreciated po tsaka kung mgakano basic ng callcenter nila... salamas

May isang cut off pa sila na utang saken, plus 10hrs of OT - nung tinawagan ko about my final pay - abah may utang pa daw ako? lolz kaya.. anyway back to Affiliated Computer Services - matagal lang hiring process pero mukang worth the wait **** sa sweldo - i have previous batchmates working there - inggit nga ako eh - ako nde pa tinatawagan..

Yep It's true. Dapat nga nung January pa yan kaso ayun biglang ginawang Feb na daw.
pero ayos na din, dahil kahit papano eh naisaayos na nila *** bi-weekly na payout.

Yup. UK account. Bago lang. Super new. 15 agents lang kami. 1 supervisor. Different levels/posts/jobs kami. Mamaya na pala ang punta ng mga clients sa work. I heard that they just arrived here. Training hours namin e 6p-3a. I just don't know if it's gonna change since the clients/trainers are already here (since we follow UK time).

I'm not that familiar with the call center side ng ACS, however, since graduate ka naman and if your computer literate naman, yung english mo ok naman I don't think you'll have a problem getting a job sa call center... hindi man sa ACS, try other companies their like peoplesupport, convergys, etelecare! anyway, their is no harm in trying, so why not magwalk-in ka sa ACS Moa, then give it a shot :)

Applyan mo muna yung mga cc na 1 day recruitment process. May mga cc na pababalik-balikin ka pa para sa mga exams at interview tapos later on baka hindi ka makapasa.
Try mo kaya sa Teleperformance (Ortigas, Sucat). Ang bilis ng process nila sa recruitment dito. Kung pupunta ka ng maaga Im sure before 3pm may JO ka na or kung hindi ka nakapasa sasabihin na nila agad sa applicat hindi tulad sa ibang cc na panahon pa ni Magellan yung style na kapag hindi ka nakapasa sasabihin sa applicant tatawagan na lang.

Anu yung nadeduct sa iyo na twice? SSS? Philhealth? If yes, i-compute mo bro, if I am correct, yung SSS deduction mo nung nakaraan was 466, and then sa ngayong dadating na payday (Tuesday), kung nachek mo na yung payslip mo online, sss deduction will be 33 pesos. Ganto yan, sa sss kasi nasa range tayo na maximum yung babayaran, which is 500 monthly. Ang pagbabawas ng sss ay same ng sistema sa pagbabawas sa tax, depende sa gross, so if 466 yung SSS mo, based yun sa gross mo. Since 500 per month tayo dapat sa sss, and 466 plang nadeduct syo nung nakraan, kelangan pa ng 33 or 34 pesos para mameet yung 500 para sa monthly sss deduction mo para sa month na to (February). Same goes for Philhealth, but I'm not sure kung magakano dapat maonthly natin sa Philhealth. Pero yung pagibig if you notice, nung nakaraan meron tyong pagibig 100 pesos pero this coming payday wala na. Why? kasi 100 *** talaga lagi ang bayad sa pagibig monthly, so nameet na ntn yun nung nakaraang sweldo pa.
Yan ang idea ko at ang sa tingin ko. Kaya hindi ako nagrereklamo. Magulo lang kasi talag compared dati na yung isang payday dun ang kaltasan ng SSS, pagibig, Philhealth and yung isang payday tax lang.

Yung nabawas nung Feb 10, for January kasi yun bro. Kasi dba para sa cut off na January 16-31 un? than nung payday nung Feb 24, may bawas ulit ng contribution for the month na ng Feb yun, kasi dba ang cut off nun e Feb 1 - 14? Then ngayon na Tuesday March 10 - may bawas ulit kasi yung kulang nga dun sa nabawas nung Feb 24. Katiting na SSS (33 pesos), at Philhealth. At for Feb pa din to dba ang cut off nyan e Feb 15 - 28?. Yun.

Just an FYI, ACS started helpdesk operations September 2006, and almost all of the first batch analysts (4 na lang ang natira from the original batch na 10) are either managers or supervisors right now. hulaan na lang kung anong account yun. ;)

yep, LTGS. :) we started with BPO, then nung July/August of 2008 we transferred to ITO since we are supporting corporate employees. sad lang kasi di masyado nakahalubilo agad ang LTGS with the new hires nung nag-"mass hiring" ang HR. hehe... :)

my friend whom i just referred passed for csr healthcare account, pioneer din daw. i think magkaparehas kayo ng account. he was offered 19k. but i guess it also depends on the experience.

helpdesk lang ba ang tech account sa acs? nagtatataka lang kasi ako kung 27k ang sahod dyan (yung ibang kilala ko 32k pa nga ang sahod kaso sinungaling naman sa MS certifications nung ininterview sya dyan, pero that's beside the point), then bakit andaming nag aaply from acs to dell moa? :confused: magsisimula na sila sa training at floor production is on May month na. eh alam naman ng lahat na 21k lang ang kayang i-offer ng dell sa mga new hires. unless may ibang tech account sa inyo na 18k lang ang sahod. yun siguro.
Malamang galing sa Electrolux yun. Tech account din pero kasi home appliance ang tinatroubleshoot. :D

Ako, or say, our account, wala namang discrepancy. Sobra pa nga bigay sa'min eh. Siguro you should've mentioned that with your supervisor, since our online payslip is always available online, and that you'll see exactly what you'll get on the pay day itself. And you have enough time with your TL to complain so that the accounting could've made adjustments if there were any.

Anyone who has an idea what is the travel account of ACS? I have previously worked with PeopleSupport and their client back then was EXPEDIA. Im planning to apply here but have no idea how much they're offering for this. Anyone? I don't wanna waste my time going there since I'm from Laguna pa then i-offer lang pala is much lower than my expectation.

I applied last week of Feb then got my two interviews then was told to wait for a week for a call. After 6 days I got a call for my final interview the next day. Then told to wait again for 24 hours. After 48 hours, I got a call for my job offer. Then there. I'm starting @ the 20th, Electrolux account.
The pay's not that big. I honestly took the job because I'm still confused on what the right career path is to take if I'm to pursue what I studied.
I'm just wondering what are the career advancement opportunities here at ACS. I have a friend who was offered a promotion after 3 months in HSBC where career mobility is so fast if you're one of the better employees.
I know I'm an above average person in performance and aptitude. How long do I have to wait for a promotion? I'm wondering if the company has specific policies regarding this?

not really. as far as i know, there's an account/departmetn for elux who troubleshoots appliances. but if you're a csr, it's plain customer service. If you do troubleshhot minimal lang. It's more on warranties and tech lists.

i applied last Friday i finished all the test and they ask me to be back ng monday for initial..i did..so monday comes i got my initial and final on that same day..sabi wait na *** daw ng col ngtxt sila ng tues for my schedule ng phone interview w/ the client and the schedule was Wednesday night ok naman yung interview kc ngcompliment pa yung client eh but the HR on the other line said wait na *** daw ulit ng tawag..until now no txt no call pa rin..
question:
may aasahan pa ba ako or should i consider it as no go? kkaiba kasi recruitment process nila eh unlike other centers you would know kung go ka or no go..also the client informed me about the new LOB its all about implementation..meron ba dito may alam bout this new LOB and kelan yung start ng wave 1?
please acs people if you have info share naman po..

hay..hangang kelan kaya tong mala secret mission ko na application with them..but laging kailangan ko mgantay ng call from them why they can't give me exact sched..JO would only take less than 10mins i don't think it can affect their entire schedule..
well i guess i need more patience because i really want to work in that company..its near our place kasi 1 tambling lang..

dami ko ng inaaplyan na cc. halos naexperience ko na yung hiring process ng ibat ibang cc at head hunters. meron akong 3 years tech support experience. naghahanap kasi me ng callcenter na mataas magbigay at the same time, hindi ganun kahirap ang job at maganda yung working environment. Once na nalaman kong mababa lang ang ibibigay sa akin, nirereject ko na agad (pero case to case basis lang ito). Marami ng nag JO sa akin pero sadyang mapili ako. hihi :lol:

just want to ask info re backpay sa acs. i used to work there june-nov 2006. I didnt get my backpay kc nung bumalik ako for processing of clearance, nagsara *** account. =( Advise ako ng acs na wala sila magagawa kasi naterminate *** mga managers na mag-sign sna sa clearance ko. Gusto ko lang naman sna malaman kung magkano kaya computation ng backpay ko para naman malaman ko kung worthy pang asikasuhin ko. Pls help. Basic was 14K. Thanks po in advance.

Well I tried to apply on this company... Napansin ko lang, ang pangit ng hiring process. Kawawa yung mga applicants. Pinapupunta ng maaga and yet hapon na inaacomodate ( yung kasabay ko pinapunta ng 10am, nag lunch na lahat ng tao pero siya di man lang inabisuhan, until napikon na siya at itanong sa reception where is the interviewer. Hayun, saka palang lumabas para maaccomodate siya.

Kung ako sayo, wag mo munang asahan, try mo pa rin yung iba mong inaaplyan... ewan ko ba bat ganun dito. Ako nga eh, nag pass ng Friday then pinabalik ng Monday... nwawala raw yung resume ko. So nag fill up nanaman ako ng bagong form. At hayun, nakita rin nila. After kung ma tapos yung another form. Hindi organised ang hiring process.

ang masasabi ko lang, if you really want to apply sa ACS.. you need to bring a ton of patience with you.. Hindi ka pwede dito if hindi mo kayang maghintay ng 4 hours only to get interviewed for 15 mins.. and then wait again for another 4 hours for the next short interview..
ako nga sa JO na mismo, binigay sakin yung contract then iniwan ako.. sandali lang daw.. 2 grueling hours have passed, aba, hindi pa bumabalik.. tinext ko.. pagbalik nya, nakalimutan daw ako.. i mean, what the hell.. are they that irresponsible? nakakainis.. grabe..

actually the whole recruitment process in ACS is really bad. I already had my job offer and medical but until now i haven't received a call from them. It has already been 14 days. My friend and I was called by the HR people to come to MOA at around 10pm for our client interview. when we came there I was the only one who got interviewed. The OM said the HR made a mistake and misinformed my friend. I had the opportunity to apply in JP Morgan Chase and I have to commend the HR of that company. They are very accomodating and organized.

Same experience. Their HR really need to improve the procedure. I applied for a managerial position. The HR who contacted me is not around. Kinulit ko lang yung receptionist after filling up the application form. Finally, I was interviewed by HR. Then sabi nya, bumababa daw ako sa ground floor, then go to another entrance sa 17f (can't remember) kasi don daw yung next interviewer. And that non-employees are not allowed to pass through certain doors.
So ginawa ko naman, then nung nandon na ko, ayaw akong papasukin ng guard, dapat daw dala ko yung visitor ID na in-issue sa main lobby nila. Pero nasoli ko na yun, para makuha yung SSS ID ko.
Pinabababa na naman ako, then akyat sa main lobby to get the visitor ID then back down and up again don sa 2nd entrance. Imagine kung ilang akyat baba yun.
Wala kasi silang sistema, on informing candidates what to do.
I told HR that I'm withdrawing my application.
I don't want to join a company that disorganize. This just reflects kung gaano rin siguro ka-disorganize operations nila.
