I received a call from MJ of AGILYS and I believed that this is a new call center and they are looking for agents? Anyone familiar with this company and how much do they offer?

They are getting resumes from jobstreet and they will refer you to companies. You won't even meet them face to face. so Unethical unlike John Clements and other headhunter. I was informed that I passed the interview and will be given update and they never called. Beware of this kind of companies they will just use you to their advantage. What reputable company won't interview you face to face first before they send you off to companies they are referring you to. be careful gurl!

shocks..that was really a turn off! anyway, have you heared of this new Executive search? It's called VCC Link. They are also headhunters but they are doing things differently. I have a friend who applied there as an agent. After the exam and initial interview, they gave her coaching and i think yung mga sets of questions and exams are like dun sa center kung san sya inendorse..:)

Agilys is an outsourcing company. They send people that they already prescreen and endorse them to different callcenters including us, htmt :)

did you ask them if the people that was sent to you have actually met anyone from agilys? I'm not sure if you consider that as good business practice

Agilys is an Executive Search firm for Call Centers, KPOs and BPOs. They have different approaches for different positions, especially for their executive search, meaning from supervisory posts to executive positions. They seldom invite candidates over for face to face interview to expedite the process, thus as per the agreed process of their clients. If you belong to the bracket I mentioned earlier, you should handle the situation very well, as expected of you, without you being interviewed face to face. Outsourcing companies like Agilys and the ones that you have mentioned adjust to whatever the needs and processes of their clients.

You are probably one of those that was endorsed and processed but fall short with experience (and it shows with the way you bash and talk about this company). It is the company's perrogative whether or not they have a face to face interview or have it over the phone. Girl, Jobstreet (no offense meant) is not the only search engine that exists on this planet. These people, and I am referring to all headhunters, are trained to source for names and CVs even without the benefit and use of such search engines.

Of course, for agent requirements it is a different scenario.
