TeleTech. For uppper management or sup level. But you can enroll through their online university with the help of a training coordinator or manager. You need to request for it to be added to your assigned learning since this is a high-profile course that requires your manager or even site director's approval. You would need to come up with a project/proposal and execute it towards the end of the module that should impact your program/site before you can graduate and move up to the next level/belt.

Six Sigma is offered to everybody who is interested in IBM Daksh but in Convergys, it is only being offered to TLs, as well as those in the Managerial position. In IBM Daksh, you can avail of the program after 6 months but in CVG you have to wait until you are in the Supervisory level or Managerial position to avail the program... which means... Anyhow, if you want to avail of the course and you have the money, DLSU Taft offers it... I just don't know how much...:))

uhm i dont really have full knowledge about what it is exactly but i think its got something to do with quality, management, process logistics and business.. airline companies have 10 - 12 sigmas as i think for their safety and security. furthermore.. if you ve been trained with it, you ll have one heck of an impressive portfolio..

CV, 24/7, Genpact .. i don t know where else this is being offered.
Genpact offers both lean and six-sigma even if you re not yet in the managerial position however, you should first make a formal intent to be a part of the management team before they give you the privilege of acquiring such training (in transition to the position you re aspiring for) kudos! :-)

UP Industrial Engineering is offering this course as an elective for IE students. They are planning to offer the certification course to outsiders. Kaisa Consulting is also offering Six Sigma Training, kaya lang mahal and meron silang pre-requisites.

Some companies offer six sigma certification. most of them are for non-agent positions.

Sykes - they dont offer certs but they have an intro to lean six sigma for account managers and up.

Sutherland Global Services - they offer Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification for Quality Supervisors and up but the cert comes with a 1-year bond.

I don't know much about Convergys and IBM but I've heard that they offer Six Sigma Training. For IBM, I believe you need to take the Basic Quality Training.

Other companies offer Basic Process Improvement tools training, which is sometimes used by applicants in reference to Six Sigma.

You may want to look for companies with COPC certs. COPC certs comes along with Six Sigma certs.

Telus offers it to Senior QAs, TLs, Sups, Managers and up.

I'm a QA in Telus and I got my YB cert last November. GB training will be initially given to those who belong to the top 10% of the YB exam.
