Customer Sales Representatives

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field with at least 6 months experience in a call center (Inbound or Outbound)
For undergraduates, completed at least 2 years of college with at least 6 months recent experience in a call center
Strong PC, keyboard and internet skills, with the ability to simultaneously navigate through systems
Excellent command of English
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to sell, cross sell, and up-sell company products to meet the customers’ needs
Ability to quickly absorb new information and must be adaptable to change
Keen attention to detail
Highly developed problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Fresh Graduates of any business-related course are encouraged to apply

guys, check this out. for the Sales account of 24/7 they are offering salary range from 17400 to 24900. on top of that, you may get an incentive as high as 3500 a month after training...here is my favorite - NO Saturday and Sunday work! Woooohooo!:bop:

After a month of training, agents can get as much as 3500php incentive. Plus, it's a fixed Saturday-Sunday off.

Customer Research Representative (Day Shift)


Responsibilities:

Responsible for conducting outbound phone-based surveys that capture customer feedback on the experience of dealing with Consumer Customer Service (CCS).
Responsible for calling customers 24-72 hours after the customer has made contact with CCS to conduct a 5-12 fixed-question survey
Responsible in effectively probing the customer to gain insight with regard to their experiences and opinions.
Contact customers on a daily basis via telephone on an outbound call
Conduct a 5-12 question survey
Capture responses from customers accurately
Refine probing techniques and share new ideas and successes of capturing customer feedback with team members
Follow scripting provided to conduct surveys

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Required language(s): English.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

From what I heard, its an estimation of 17k-24k daw. Applicant but be at least 2 yr college at least 6 mos cc experience but not necessarily in sales.
