what are the call centers located in Quezon City?

most of the ones i know are located in makati cbd and mostly peripheral areas around makati.


i only know of a few:

teletech in robinson's novaliches
convergy's near st. peter's church in commonwealth
hsbc in front of up

You miss a lot hehe. In UP area you have Manulife and IBM. Along commonwealth you have IBM Daksh and CTI(no idea about this company). Munoz Area near Sm North Annex you have VXI. Along quezon ave. Sykes. In cubao, Stellar, ACS, APAC and soon to rise Telus Bldg(adjacent to APAC). And TONS of them in Eastwood City and there's a thread already started so just check 'em out.

for VXI since no one is replying, i guess the thread is couple of pages back hehe. Personally, I would suggest DELL, IBM, Etelecare or Siemens. These companies are really great in terms of training, workplace, benefits etc. You can also try VCustomer. It's fairly new in the Philippines but has a name in BPO Industry in the world. Dude, immeadiate hiring sila and i think pang 3rd batch pa lang sila. You can check VCustomer Thread. Good Luck.

sana by mid-october there would still be many vacancies, the sem ends by then. and my first sem is rather loaded; next sem sobrang konti na lang ng subjects ko; kaya i'd be working.

pero sa pagkakaalam ko yung part-time sa convergy ay 5-11; 6 hours din, might as well go full time. tapos sa 5-11 both in am at pm; may masasagi yun na klase ko next sem

pero ang sa mga co-agent ko dati na lumipat dun is 19k to 22k, for full time, depende sa kagandahan.:bop:

i need to know din kung pareho lang benefits ng part time, and kung nag-reregularize sila baka kasi contractual lang, mag-fufull time nalang ako

we're pretty much on the same boat.


kasi kung half of 19; baka ok na sa akin yun. mahirap kasi i-balance ang school with a full time job even if hindi ako full load next semester.

i've been with teletech nova...well maganda nmn yung pamamalakad nila tech support under xps account.. but na terminate kami kasi redundancy issues raw.. i was crying really hard that time.. kasi biglaan... punta ako office expecting na may trabaho pa ako.. then all of a sudden biglang speech ang hrd//Thank you for your service..you are no longer required to attend to work starting today.. you can now go home and find another job elsewhere.. hayy... naloka ako. pero inexplain nmn nila kung anong reason..hindi na raw stable ang company nila..hehe...ewan ko ba.. pero they offered us a redundancy package... paid yung 2 months,,without gong to work plus 1 month separation pay..all in all we will recieve 30k++++...that time it was my first call center experience... pero ok nmn sila eh.. they offered us ng ibang tech pos. sa CAINTA... good luck ang layo ko nmn... nd nung nagkaroon ng opening sa Verizon.. they called me... but walang assurance na matatangap pa ako since i have to undergo sa application once again.. hay...pero ok sha in fairness.. di mashadong mahigpit and the place is nice... yun lang... yung sa mga hindi pa tinatawagan... sabi ng friend ko na rehire nila ..wala pang open na account... hire lang ng hire... tapos ala pang new account... malay nyo pag meron na.. baka sakaling makapag start na kayo.. after 10 years... hehehehehehe!

kalimutan banggitin dynatec at ibm commonwealth, cipher solution sa munoz which is pure sales. alam ko me callcenter dyan sa west ave yata pero mortgage nagpost dito sa pex kaso ang dali kasi magbenta ng mortgage lalo na me ecomomic crunch sa us. wala ako alam na cc sa walter mart sa munoz. at yung nasa philcoa manulife convergys hsbc. marami talaga sa libis yun lang looban. sa siemens di biro account dun me friend nag wowork madugo daw pero malaki salary it helpdesk ewan ko lang kung hiring sila uli.
