i have been "around" the industry for just about 3 years now and one thing that i can share to those peeps who came in the same time as i did and more to those that have been ahead :
the rates have gone up! so make sure you get paid accordingly prior to your expertise and acquired skills.
not less than 25k at a minimum should not be thought of as rediculous
when negotiation's on the table.
there are centers out there that offer 31k for a semi-tech account and thats just flat out basic without the 'add-ons'..
hope this'll give you an idea next time you bargain for your paychecks :rotflmao:

yep.. most of them require at least a year of experience but some negotiations for a higher paycheck pushes through the interview when they see that you have the skills they're looking for..
here are some ccs i know that offers 20k up:
coastal training technologies (ortigas)
stellar inc (IP relay)
genpact LLC (alabang)
access worldwide (makati) (stock market account)
callworx / ring central (ortigas) 29k package fixed 13++ per pay out
.. ill post it if there are any updates
good luck on the negotiations :-)

siemens libis offers above 20k for their basic pay for the l2 tech support specialist. the catch is you need to be a hardcore techy and you need to have at least a year's worth of contact center experience specially in a tech account...

-beware of callworkz though they dont pay government taxes and with no basic benifts like hmo sss and others. Id like to ask HSBC offers salary matching dependent on your skills and how long you have worked. Stellar has alaways had a high basic pay because Ip relay accounts require 100 percent accuracy.
