hmmmp...i like the acct vonage because i am used to it...what i dont like is that i handle customer service(billing,acct modification,etc...) and tech problems....i do even handle non-vonage products...we call ourselves as UNIVERSAL agents.:rotflmao:and the best part about being a vonage tech agent is that a call center somewhere in quezon(let us just not name that company) handling vonage as well always transfer calls to tech dept even though it is just customer inquiry about certain features and products...i was just wondering we're they given enough training????:lol:they are that ignorant and i would just want to ask them how come they were able to have vonage as one of their accs???hello!!!!!they are really a pain in the ***!!!!
