ACS ang tumawag kasi nga po ginagamit ng WNS ang HR services ng ACS. pero WNS talaga ang hiring. ang alam ko, stop ang hiring ng ACS for now, so pag tumatawag ang ACS, its for WNS applicants.

O talaga? may mga students sa cubao pero hindi dun nakatira!... may shower pero janitors gumagamit. may kama pero apat lang puede matulog sa kuarto ng babae at lalaki... nagtratrabaho ako dito... kaya alam ko. cubao site ba sinasabi mo o makati? sa cubao T_MOBILE UK ang account. siempre about cellphones sa UK. kung tinatanong nyo sahod...depende sa experience nyo at pano kayo makipag talo sa sasahurin nyo. medyo kakaiba ang CSA na work dito kase mapapaisip ka sa mga request ng mga briton. try nyo na lang mag aplay at makipag tawaran sa sahod nyo. ACS lang nag proproseso ng aplikasyon, pero pag tagal hihiwalay rin WNS sa ACS. PM nyo ko kung gusto nyo ng referral. ayos! *peace* ;)

actually iba hr ng acs at wns makikita mo sa labas nakalagay wns. kahilera sya ng salonga music and jb sports yung sa stellar papasok ka pa sa loob. me cut off ang wns sa pagpasa ng resume kasi kakilala ko nagpapasa pinababalik sya ng nine 5pm sya nagpasa nag subok sya sa stellar yun lang sa accuracy natalo kaya reapply 4 months.

UK account ba kamo? So meaning to say mid shift ang work schedule nila dito o rotating rin ba? I have been searching for a call center that follows a mid shift schedule dahil nasubukan ko na kasi working in both fixed dayshift and graveyard shift schedule and I don't think both schedule works for me. And recently I worked in a call center that have an account which follows a rotating schedule and it is even worse dahil ang hirap mag-adjust lalo na kung meron kang tinatawag na body clock. Atleast kapag mid shift usually nagsta-start yung shift at around 2pm or 3pm, which is better because it's not too early nor too late for rush hour and yet you can still see sunlight as you go to work. :D

ok naman dito so far hindi stressful yung account ... kaya lang yung HR staff is very very incompetent and negligent ... dispute sa sweldo naayos naman...some of the agents are forced to apply for a salary loan for them to correct their records because most of SSS numbers that was on their system are wrong it seems that they would just write any number they wish di man lang dino double check kung tama naka encode....ok sa WNS ....HR lang talaga yung ewan ko kung bakit anjan pa mga yan kung yung mga agents nga na nagkakamali nagkakaroon ng disciplinary action ... i cant believe these people napaka at napaka ...

training is not hard but not that easy as 1 2 3. account is more on decision making, analization, accuracy etc...

promotion? not really sure. salary is ok for a non-voice account. wag muna nating isipin ang promotion and salary increase. :) work and perform well first. andami dami kasing agents na nag-aaspire na mapromote but not really performing well or wala talaga potential. :)

Come final interview sasabihan ba naman ako na they required college degree or at least 2nd year college pero dapat may 1 year customer service experience na. WTF! e wala namang nakalagay na ganun sa ad nila. and besides sana since initial interviewpalang sinabihan na ako. sayang oras ko sa kanila, dinecline ko pa interview ko sa ibang company just for them. sorry ng sorry yung HR.

when i got home tinawagan ko HR nila at sinermonan ko. kapal ng mga mukha. 1 week sinayang nila sakin. now 4 years 7 months na ako sa call center malalaman ko they cant even match my current salary. poor company. yuck :rotflmao:

kaya ngayon before i apply i make sure to it na pasok ako sa qualifications. kahit yung mga tumatawag na yan sa phone inviting you for interview. kasi minsan mga yan habol lang nila maka quota ng applicants basta may mainvite lang. tas malalaman ng applicate d pala sya pasok pero tinwagan sya. kawawa naman ang mga applicante naghahanap ng work pero sinasayang lang ang oras nila sa mga bulok na kompanya. HR processes palang sablay na how much more sa company na.
