Financial Service Representatives (Day Shift)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for delivering customer satisfaction and problem resolution to the client’s customers for a particular account or program.
Responsible for adhering to client call handling protocol and procedures
Responsible for interfacing with customers through the phone in a courteous, empathetic and professional manner.
Responsible for resolving customer needs, concerns and problems.
Responsible for educating the customer on detailed product information
Responsible for managing the performance of a group of call center representatives providing coaching and feedback, documenting results, counseling and mentoring, and delegation of work whenever necessary
Responsible for customer case documentation
Responsible for proper call escalation, call transfer and redirection of customer concerns.
Responsible for delivering voice of the customer feedback to the client to improve overall service
Responsible for delivering insight on how to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Responsible for participating in focus group discussions, meetings, ongoing training and other activities related to improving overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Must be willing to work in Makati.
Experience handling finance, credit and collections in a call center or has previously worked in a financial institution (e.g. bank, accounting firm etc.)
Full-Time positions available.
Willing to start employment immediately.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.


Start Date: October 2

are they strictly looking for college graduates here? how about undergrads but with experience in a financial account? (HSBC card collections in particular)

as far as i know, they are more strict with this LoB. They really need college grads for this post, on top of the solid experience they have.

its been quite some time since 247 hired for financial. *** i know is that this is one of the best performing LoB. tell your friends with the mentioned background. this is a good point to start with 24/7.

hey diesel.girl.. what i know is for the TL post you have to have at least 1 year solid experience as a TL.. are you currently an agent? try for financial services.. :)

makikibalita lang kahit ala nako sa 24/7, ok naman po ang Fin Serve konti lang mga agents nito, less than 70 na lang ata, kaya siguro nag-hire na sila ulit..

matutukan ka talaga ng mga TLs..pagkakaalam ko lang pag TL ng Fin Serve eh internal hiring, pero di ko rin sure..kasi ang external hired TLs lang eh yung 3 pioneer batch, ngayon eh 1 SOM at senior TL na ang isa, the rest of the TLs were hired internally na..eto eh nung andito pa ako..hihi..di ko na alam ngayon..

sa ngayon fin serve agent ang 1 sa makakapunta sa xpat puntang australia for 9 days daw..di ko alam sino kasama nya...saka ok dito, sa RCBC ang office nyo..sobrang lamig, pero ganda ng view, unlike dun sa old office bldg..hihi..

@ diesel girl, sagutin ko na question mo..

as of now earliest is 6:30 am-9 am ang start ng shift, then sa end ng shift of course is from 3:30 pm til 6pm..next week dahil sa DST na ata is 5:30 am na start..pinaka-ok na shift ang 6:30 am - 3:30pm pag malayo ang house mo kase, walang traffic gaano..pag 9am start ng shift, usually 3 lang ata ang natitira until 6pm dahil from 5pm-6pm wala na halos calls..before kasi until 5pm lang alam ng mga aussie..

ayun po, sana eh nasagot ko tanong mo..

Responsible for conducting outbound phone-based surveys that capture customer feedback on the experience of dealing with Consumer Customer Service (CCS).
Responsible for calling customers 24-72 hours after the customer has made contact with CCS to conduct a 5-12 fixed-question survey
Responsible in effectively probing the customer to gain insight with regard to their experiences and opinions.
Contact customers on a daily basis via telephone on an outbound call
Conduct a 5-12 question survey
Capture responses from customers accurately
Refine probing techniques and share new ideas and successes of capturing customer feedback with team members
Follow scripting provided to conduct surveys

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Required language(s): English.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Full-Time positions available.
