Nope. it depends on what position you are applying for. you can be interviewed by the client so it needs atleast 3 days for your application to be processed. BUT for CSR/TSA position it is one processing.

i saw them once in a job fair last year. curious about what they are offering i submitted my resume and had a couple of interview. the opening then was for a CSR post. i was actually excited since the compensation package is quite huge for a cs post and on top there is a sign up bonus. then training came, english training was ok.it was easy, so to speak. then came, PST. we later on realized that the account that we will be endorsed to will be DISH, a sattelite tv widely used in the US. we are now entering a techinical training. they didn't disclose, in the beginning that the account is highly technical. at first, of course the basic of CS then came hardcore TECH. gosh, after my last day of training, i left and never came back.

maybe they just have to be clear when it comes to job description so not to confuse applicants or hte new hires.

to the HR team, they are approachable and really nice. aside from Ralph, there's this cute and really quite guy. he dresses well. (i hope he can read this or guys from L2S who is monitoring this forum will relay this so that he'll know). hehehehe..

Concentrix is located in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City. They are occupying two different buildings Technoplaza One (5th floor) and E-Commerce (2nd floor).

Main office nila yung sa TechnoPlaza while yung SYNNEX at NETGEAR account nasa E-Commerce.

Ayun sabi ko sa interview na dun ako interested sa position na TSR especially sa NETGEAR account. After interview umalis siya tapos nun may kumausap sa akin di ko alam kung sa HR din siya pero sabi niya walang opening sa NETGEAR account kaya tatawagan na lang ako pag may hiring. sabi ko sa sarili ko rejected na naman wahahaha. pero after 2 weeks 2mawag sila pinapupunta ako next day. ayun punta na ako tpos di na ako nag exam at dun ako sa kabilang building pinapunta: ecommerce tapos sinabak na ako interview. unang interview sa akin sinusukat *** english com skill at super ganda nung nag iinterview nakakakaba lalo. dun sa kwento ko halos 3 interviews lang dinaanan ko. *** initial sa HR. *** grammar at tech interview dun sa account training team wich is NETGEAR. actually kahapon: MAY 25 *** last day ng training namin at isa ako sa mapalad na nakapasa kaya masaya ako. from 20+ people nung orientation 11 ang bumalik.. tatlong evaluation ang pag dadaanan sa proseso ng training.. sa final evaluation 8 pa kme and i was hoping na makapasok kme lahat.. 5 lang ang pinalad na makapasok sa huli kaya mixed emotion din nung mga panahon na un .. hindi din ako totally nakapagsaya. napaka ganda ng training pero lubhang mahirap. ang sikreto lang follow all rules, be punctual and study hard. medyo mahirap talaga *** account pero huwag ka mag alala may batchmate nga ako na marketing grad but he's one of the best sa batch namin.. isipin mo na lang nag start siya from scratch.. halos lahat ng networking skill niya sa training lang na acquire. mostly networking devices ang i hahandle niya. kaya wag mawalan ng pag asa.. go lang ng go.

after nung announcement ng mga pumasa paglabas ko nag coconduct na sila ng interview for batch 37.. kaya punta na dun don't miss ur chance ;) baka mag simula na sila dis coming monday..

From Guadalupe, you could ride the MRT to Cubao station or take the bus and get off at Farmer's Plaza. Then you'd have to walk along Araneta Ave. until you get to the end of the street [you'll be able to walk past landmarks like Telus House, SM, and Ali Mall]. At the end of the street you would see jeepneys with Eastwood or Citibank on their signboard. Just ask the driver to drop you off at Eastwood.

Technoplaza One Building is along Orchard Road. From McDonalds, walk towards the right. It's behind Eastwood Mall. Fitness First and Metrobank would be on the ground floor. H.R. is based on the fifth floor.

Afaik, the recruitment process is composed of 2 - 3 interviews and an exam. It depends on which account you get endorsed to. You could refer to Broodward's earlier post regarding his experience. :)

Concentrix mostly has technical support accounts, but there are a few customer service accounts too.

^-- Afaik, level 2 support for Linksys is still Manila-based, while level 1 is predominantly located at CDO and Davao. You could ask H.R. though, since they would normally ask you about your account preference during the interview. :)

^-- For your soft skills training, try to pay attention during your LAW module. But what's critical is that you pass Versant with a score of at least 68. The key to Versant is to keep your voice well-modulated and to enunciate your words well. Fillers will also cause mark downs so try to avoid them, and if you make a mistake, try not to stutter and do not correct yourself. Your soft skills trainer would probably be either Jon or Joy. :)

nag'try lang kasi ako apply sa Job fair sa SM Megamall kahapon,did'nt expect na super bilis ng process tapos orientation kagad.. di ko pa naman field ang techinical.. :confused:

^-- Congratulations for passing the recruitment process. :) If you were told that the account is for satellite TV, then yes, that would be Dish. It's a tech account combined with a bit of customer service. Don't worry because you would get ample training. Many of the agents come from non-technical backgrounds, but they're doing just fine.

The five days of training that you were told about would only be for your soft skills training (comms skills and customer service). It is only after you pass soft skills training that you can be endorsed to basic product training, which would last about 3 weeks if I'm not mistaken.

If you'd like to move your orientation schedule, you may contact H.R. at 4238700 local 8714. It is possible that you might get deferred to a later wave.

As for the route from Guadalupe to Eastwood, I think that the only way using public transport would either be the Guadalupe (bus or jeep) --> Cubao (jeep) --> Eastwood route or the Guadalupe (bus or jeep) --> Ortigas (fx at Galleria) --> Eastwood route. I don't think there's a faster way unless you have a car and you pass through C-5.

Don't be intimidated by tech accounts. I think the account is on Wave 80-ish. Training usually starts the Monday after your orientation.

As for the fare, afaik, from Cubao to Eastwood (Citibank) would be P9.00. You don't have to take a jeep from Citibank to TechnoPlaza One because there is a free shuttle inside Eastwood. It stops in front of IBM Bldg. and has a drop off point near TechnoPlaza One. If you're early, it's also just a 10-minute walk from Citibank. :)

I don't care about the 22k signing bonus.. as long as i can have a new job.. it's very hard to find job/work for Highschool Graduate in terms of call center industry..

I attended the orientation,late na nga ako.. 9Am then around 1pm pinalabas na kami.. mejo maaga kasi wala yung sa Admin.. they did'nt discast anything about Admin stuff because they have different responsibility.. batch 92 na kami.. maybe sa batch 93 ka mapunta.. they have many agents from DISH Account and many up coming events and new things in the company... they also discast about the 22k.. well.. ok naman,taxable.. haha..(saan bang lugar ang walang tax?) :rotflmao: ok naman so far.. then discast about company.. soft skills trainer will be sir jay sa batch ko.. oks naman mabait sya.. then may mas oks pa dun *** Compensation and Benefits/Incentives.. haha.. di ko na tell para surprise ka! haha..;)
