Some may require you to download a software that you'd use to do the work. In cases wherein you would need a sup assistance, I believe they have people to back you up naman -- you might have a messenger-like software where you can request for a sup or ask for help. Anyway, not all are the same, if you're interested, try looking and applying, won't hurt to try, right? :) Know how they do it and if you can do it. If you can, go na agad! Most of them would require a very stable and fast internet connection especially if you'll be in a voice campaign.
