Pa-help naman po sa school project ko o, pinapagawa kami ng comparative study between 2 companies in the same industry tapos Eperformax ang isa sa mga call center na napili namin, maybe someone from Eperformax could help me answer this, due na kasi sa Tuesday 'to and kung magsesend pa kami ng email proposal hindi na kami aabot

1. employee salary and benefits
2. Legal mandated benefits (work hours, Overtime rates, service incentive leave etc.)
3. Other additional benefits granted to the employees of the company
4) the challenges that confronts HR managers and the company in the implementation and administration of the various labor standards.

depende ata sa department ... merong general support (queueueueing ang chat line!!!), investigations, a.t.o (madugo daw dito), at fraud (departamento ng mga tamad binabayaran para magchismisan), ... basta sa department namin mas maraming email ...medyo petiks pa sya dahil kasisimula lang ng account na ito. may mga naghihintay ng calls --- pero di naman pinapasukan ng calls ... *** allowance eh ... confidential ... iba iba depende kung galing ka sa ibang account ng ePer o kung external hire ka...

here's what i know (or can disclose):

1. employee salary and benefits
- im not sure about the salary (i think it varies depending on ur acct) but benefits include meal & transpo allowance each day that u work

2. Legal mandated benefits (work hours, Overtime rates, service incentive leave etc.)
- night diff
- 48 hour compressed work wk/OT pay = meaning ul work the regular 40 hour/5 days a week but should there be a need to work more hours, they can very well ask u to do so. overtime pay will only be given if u work beyond 48 hrs/6 days in a wk.
- sick leaves are given 2x in a year = 3 SLs in january and 3 SLs in july
- vacation leaves = as long as u work on that day but depending on the type of holiday and ur position. if ur an agent, sometimes u get a VL, sometimes u get premium pay. if ur a supe, every holiday = VL

3. Other additional benefits granted to the employees of the company
- cellphone + cellphone allowance! *okay*
- HMO
- annual flu vaccine
- if u dont get sick or dont use ur SL, u can sell it for cash!

4) the challenges that confronts HR managers and the company in the implementation and administration of the various labor standards.

yup, coz when i was with sutherland (i just resigned this january), kalaban namin sa queue ang eperf at ibm daksh... hehehe... dami cherry-pickers sa kanila... kawawa kami lagi sa emails kasi naiiwan sa amin mahihirap na emails...

gusto ko nga mag-aplay jan sa eperf kasi mas malapit sa amin, pwede kong lakarin... kaso balita ko mababa ang pay...
